Little Willie’s BBQ Pearl has some of the best BBQ available. Everything my husband and I have tried is fresh, hot, tender, and moist with a great flavor. The thick juicy burgers are not cooked well done unless you ask, normally they are medium with great flavor. You place your order at the counter by the door and they get your name so they can find you whenever they bring it to your table in just a few minutes. It’s always clean at the outside dining as well as inside dining. The service is great too!
Vegetarian options: Not sure
Dietary restrictions: Great options for diabetic diet.
Parking: We have called in orders to take out before and the service is always excellent and pretty fast for fresh food!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, I have seen several children there.
Wheelchair accessibility: On the left side of the building if you are facing the front, there is a nice wheelchair ramp. Plenty of room inside for your wheelchair.

These have got to be the most dry unseasoned ribs I have ever had. They're extremely over cooked and almost flavorless except salt. They're a big no no for me I don't like salty food. They seem like they were boiled first and then maybe put on a grill or smoker. Boiled ribs are the worst. The plate was full of ribs as though they're trying to get rid of a bad batch or something. The quantity is great the quality is not 👎🏿👎🏿. I can't even finish one rib I hate wasting food

Dang, that was a lot of food! The three-meat plate could feed two, or one really hungry boy. Brisket was decently moist - not a lot of bark. Pulled pork wasn't my favorite, but it's lean and soaks up their somewhat sweet mustard sauce. Ribs were the star. Couldn't even pick them up without falling apart. Routine sides, no complaints. Classic Southern barbecue.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely has a ramp, but the bathrooms won't qualify as accessible.

Stopped in Jackson for the BBQ and it was pretty good. The pulled pork was really enjoyable. The sides were also very good and the baked beans are a definite must. My partner had a sweet potato and was very satisfied with her sides.
The only criticism I have is with the ribs. Coming from up north and before experiencing southern BBQ, I would have given these ribs 5 stars. Now that I have tried quite a few BBQ places, I am becoming a big fan of the southern barbecue joints where the ribs are cooked perfectly, with no sauce needed as the meat has so much flavor and the BBQ sauce is an unnecessary distraction. That wasn't quite the case at Willie's. The ribs were a bit overcooked and falling off the bone. The ribs also were better with barbecue sauce on them. We did enjoy the experience and the price was reasonable. The servings were very generous and we took some food home to enjoy the next day.
If you want some good barbecue, Willie's does deliver, but I have had better ribs at some of the hole in the wall places here in Mississippi.

I ordered a half slab of ribs from the Pearl location and I was ready to eat them as soon as I made it home but the smell was something that was spoiled coming from the ribs.First time eating there and I will not be back.

I got the rib plate - 4 bones with cole slaw and potato salad. The food was plentiful. Ribs were well cooked and falling off the bone. I assume they were prepared with a rub. However, I found them a bit salty with no other real flavor about them. I had to "doctor" the potato salad to a better taste once I got home. The cole slaw was good tho. The person at the cash register was courteous and friendly. I might try this place again and select a different meat. It seems like a very nice place.
