Took over an hour for a pickup order to be filled. Employees sat around not serving anyone.
There were like 8 other pickup orders taking place and they rushed their out but took forever on ours and about 10 other orders. Wasnt a big order, and they only had 1 person who can checkout pickup orders, and apparently she forgot to come check people out. Absolutely ridiculous. The good was not good. I requested extra seasoning and I received a bland steak and the salad was horrible. I informed the server and nothing was done. The only thing I was told is they wouldn’t charge me for the extra seasoning and I was like why would I be charged for seasoning. I shouldn’t have even been charged for the steak. I only took one bite. Honestly if my son wasn’t a server at another restaurant I wouldn’t have tipped.
Horrible service. The manager could have cared less. The food was cold. The steaks under cooked. The orders were completely wrong. The Long Island ice tea did not taste anything like it was supposed to. Worse dining experience ever!
