Stopped for a real meal on our travels 12/30/2025 and should have left. The bathroom was gross, with tiles off the wall leaned up on the wall, wet paper towels on the floor around the toilet. The hostess said 10 minute wait, even though the restaurant was about half full, ended up being a 15-20 min wait. Our waitress was sweet, got our drinks right away, we ordered quickly since we had time to review the menu while waiting. Our appetizer of bacon on a stick took 15 minutes, and the crispy onions were not crispy at all, but the bacon was good. The food came out in waves, the chicken fingers and fries were luke warm, the teriyaki chicken was hot but the baked potatoes was not even warm enough to melt the butter, the steak was mehbut my blackened chicken salad was good. The waitress tried to make it right, she kept our drinks full, bread rolls hot and full, had the fries redone twice before they finally came hot. Hope this was just an off day due to holiday.

Ordered take out while staying at the hotel next door. The hostess seemed annoyed I was there to pick up my order. Terrible attitude. Couldn’t pronounce her name kembar maybe? The lady that brought out my order just tossed it on the counter and walked away lol. Steak tasted like gas nothing mystique about it. Forgot a side order and gave me mashed potato’s instead of a baked potato. The rolls were gas though I’ll give them that.

Food quality and management were horrible. I ordered the Herb Chicken bowl but it had the wrong rice and did not include the cheese. Yolonda, the manager, seemed more upset with me because I ate some of the rice and refused to give me the correct rice or half of the correct rice. It was no seasoning. This experience reminded me why I stopped going to this location.

I ordered door dash and I have some serious concerns with the poor packaging, missing items, and cross contamination. I opened my daughter’s food and her cinnamon apples were dumped all over her steak bites. However, my biggest concern was the cheese and what might be lettuce that was floating in the fried apples. Apparently this restaurant is ok with cross contamination and sending children to the hospital.

My husband and I were in town for a funeral and placed a pick up order for Logan’s. He picked it up and brought it back to the hotel and several items were missing or incorrect. We had to go back and get those items. They also did not give us any napkins or plastic knives. Then when we finally sat down to eat I realized my loaded sweet potato was actually just a whole roasted sweet potato that hadn’t even been cut open. No butter, cinnamon, or sugar. All I got was a little container or marshmallows. The rolls were okay though.
Although a bit under staffed and numerous events in the area. We were seated in a reason time.The service was great and the recommendations were great.

So this was my first time here. The service was good the hostess was really nice and welcoming . Atmosphere was bumping for a Friday night of course . The food was DELICIOUS the peppercorn Caesar dressing was the best thing I ever tasted like oh my goodness it was sooo good . The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was due to portions size ( it was so tiny) , like come on I understand serving a certain oz but for $17+ y’all can do way better than this Logan’s . Beside that everything was delicious ( I recommend the key lime cheesecake 😫 ugh it’s so good )

Food was horrible! Visiting family members from Texas wanted to meet for lunch. This place was embarassing! Waitress asked if we wanted 57, I said sure, she brought an empty bottle. Had I been alone instead of out of town family, I would have blown a gasket! NEVER WILL GO BACK! EVER!!!
