The good was not good. I requested extra seasoning and I received a bland steak and the salad was horrible. I informed the server and nothing was done. The only thing I was told is they wouldn’t charge me for the extra seasoning and I was like why would I be charged for seasoning. I shouldn’t have even been charged for the steak. I only took one bite. Honestly if my son wasn’t a server at another restaurant I wouldn’t have tipped.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Our food was to date some of the most disgusting we have ever ordered. The Mac and cheese was cold, oily, and sour, the crab cakes tasted like chemicals, and the steak was ice cold. My husband got the sliders which were unseasoned, cold, and thrown in between what looked like squished dinner rolls. We both got sick after our meals. Our server was sweet and amazing, no problems there. However, the food quality needs to get better for the safety of any future customers.

Indifferent service. Sat for 20 minutes before we were able to get a server to take our order. Restaurant was maybe 2/3s full. Had mutiple staff members just walk by and even after stopping a server to ask for assistance in placing an order.

Came here a year ago and they did not have any a/c. Now we moved to this area and decided to try it again and we were seated and after that nobody EVER came to serve us - nobody came to ask for our drinks, no rolls, nothing ! Pretty embarrassing actually- we eventually got up and walked out and drove to another city for a steak… do not waste your time at this location!

I ordered my steak medium, and it was really rare. Like cool on the inside and dark red. If the server had come back to check on me, I would’ve asked for it to be done a little more but she didn’t so I just ate around the edges.

I have to say the rules are pretty darn good.

It would’ve been nice to have some butter for my baked potato other than the butter for the rolls.

I was sitting in the bar area. Lots of staff there, but they seemed more interested in having fun with each other and cutting up then serving the guest. I think employees should have fun at work, but not at the expense of service.

Personally, I wouldn’t go back. At least not to that Logan‘s.

(Here's what my 8 year old thinks:) This is the best food I've ever had in my entire life 😋 😍 and I got grilled chicken and it was phenomenal and I also got the fries and they were better than my top most favorite fries 🍟 and I suggested you come here every single week 😋

Tonight was my Birthday dinner with my family, and we were expecting a good experience, but I don't know what was happening in the kitchen on the grill, but the cook either needs to practice or give up on cooking because too many things were wrong with our steaks, mine was supposed to be medium rare but was raw, my sister's was supposed to be rare but was well done and my baby sister's was medium on one side and well done on the other. We ended up having to send one back twice and switched around, and shared the rest to get the steaks we asked for. Thank God for our server and the host because if it weren't for them, this place would be getting a call from the BBB instead of just a small complaint about the cooking. Do better cooks!

The food was great (Caesar salad , grilled chicken, rice pilaf & broccoli), but the particular waiter we encountered was not. Un attentive, and took a long while before coming back to actually take our order or bring drinks.

After a long day of traveling with a toddler, we chose Logan’s due to it being conveniently located next to our hotel. We were sat right away. It took the waitress a few moments to come over, but we ordered fairly quick. After sitting and waiting for our food for 40 minutes I asked for it to go due to a devolving kiddo, another 10-15 minutes later it arrived. No apology from waitress, almost an hour for food seems crazy! We ate the food in our hotel, it was ok, but definitely not worth an hour long wait.
