We were seated immediately. We waited 2 hours before we even got our food. Literally 2 hours. I have a toddler so I'm just you can imagine the fit she was throwing. When our food finally came out it wasn't even right. They didn't even cook my daughters meal so then again we had to wait. I ended up feeding her from my plate. By the time we were done eating and ready to go, my daughters food still was not brought out. My husband and I tried this restaurant 2 weeks ago and decided to give it another go around this past Friday night and had the exact same problem. We will NEVER be back

Service was slow, food was undercooked and the salads were soaked in dressing. Biscuits were raw we will never go again. We are from Pennsylvania and that was our first meal after arriving here..not a good way to start off.

Food was great. But very slow service and food. They had a party of 50 in the back area, but apparently were not prepared for the scheduled party AND regular Saturday business. But food drinks and atmosphere were great.

Two hours for a two person meal since a party of 50 was seated. I had to ask for our ticket twice. My husband ordered sweet tea which was awful, so he asked for root beer. It took 30 minutes to get the root beer. Then she brought a refill and it was coke. My husband's burger was burned. I asked for ketchup and that took 10 minutes so my food was cold before I was able to eat. We won't be back. The waitress was super sweet but shouldn't be a waitress. This was actually our first visit and our last.

Don't waste your time. We were seated immediately. Our drink order came quickly. Our microwaved appetizer followed. I say microwaved because cheese melts a certain way in a microwave and it was apparent that's what was done to get our order out hot. Then we sat and sat and sat a little longer. 45 minutes into us being there someone came by to say our order was coming up and that they were putting the sides on the plates as we spoke. 10 minutes later our food arrived. Will be our last visit here.... we plainly told the waiter a plain cheeseburger and it comes to table loaded with BBQ sauce... sent it back and it took 45 min for other to arrive and we had to wait on son to eat to leave... waiter says sorry about that.. I'm not gonna charge you for that one beer... REALLY... WON'T MATTER WHAT YOU CHARGE , WE WON'T BE BACK!! PERIOD!! Wasn't any soap or paper towels in restrooms either!! Advise everyone else to eat elsewhere also...

Took my family, parents, and sister there tonight, total of 7 of us. My husband and I were paying. Got sat down at six... didn't get drinks til 6:20.... didn't even get to order our food til 6:40... didn't get it til after 7:30.... two children were with us.. one 6 and the other 1... they were getting fidgety.... manager came... told us she was going to check on our food... food finally came.... cold.... children s food which was chicken strips were dunked in spicy flour mix.
