Customer service is terrible here the little skinny lady name Amanda I think was rude and sarcastic maybe bc I worked here before my wife had passed away from COVID I needed some time off when I was ready to come back from my LOA she told the new mgr don't hire me back Gil told what she said Remember we Reap what we Sow I can't say on this post what I would like to say & Madison said we're like family here when she hired me I was a hard worker and did was I was told to do Madison is dishonest and Amanda will lie about you if she has it in for from the first day she meets you Quote from Gil the African American gentleman if ur not in there little click and this goes for John also Amanda leading the pack they will get u out of there Amanda & Madison will and some of the other employees will take ur order or bring ur order to you and come in the kitchen and talk terrible and the customer's just being honest.

It isn't just this McAlister's, I live in Pickens, SC, and yes I use to drive all the way to Greenville, for McAlister's. Not anymore......even stores back home has dramatically declined. I 100% thought I was far enough away from Greenville, SC, for me not to experience what was going down in these restaurants back East. I will say this store in Jackson, MS is worse than Greenville, I took 2 bites of my food, and went straight to the counter, with plate in hand, and asked for a refund. I had to ask for a refund 2 times, and then had to request a Manager. Save yourself the sickness you will get from eating here.
I've never had a bad experience at McAllister's. I love how i can sit and order at a table through the app to avoid the line. Easy abd convenient to use.

We placed a pickup order which was great. I added some cookies to the order. 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Everything was good except for the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, after eating a few bites something was chewy and different about these. To my surprise there is coconut in them? I don't care for coconut, but I ate them. Just want to bring to your attention in case someone is allergic to coconut because its not not an ingredientin in that cookie . We've bought these plenty of times and never coconut in them . Just bringing it to someone's attention. Love mcalisters we eat here all the time, and will continue to eat here 😊
