I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I have a full-time job, and on days I don’t have the time or energy to cook, I rely on McDonald’s to come through. But EVERY time I order (and yes, I’ve given them multiple chances), it takes forever. I literally order 40 minutes ahead just to avoid waiting… and guess what? I still end up waiting when I get there.
We’re not talking about a complicated order either. Just 20 nuggets and two basic burgers. No customizations, nothing extra. I’m not asking for a gourmet meal, just fast food that’s actually, you know… fast.
It’s frustrating because I try to time it with my schedule, but they’re always behind. Please do better, people have lives, jobs, and expectations when it comes to service. If I wanted to wait an hour for food, I’d go to a sit down restaurant.

Went there today to grab some food after the movie. Placed my order at the kiosk and it says they are only doing take out orders. Thank goodness we stayed to eat there because when I went to eat my big mac there was no mac sauce on it and when I went back up there to get it fixed the manager was rude saying if I wanted mac sauce it was extra. Don't know who taught her what is on a big mac but she needs to be restrained.Then while I was waiting for it to be fixed they were all standing around pointing at me. There was no way I was gonna eat it after that so it was a waste of time and money going there Never again will I ever return to that restaurant

No paper towels in restroom and automatic hand dryer to far away from door that opens inwards meaning you have to use your hands to open a door that the person before you may not have washed and touched. No customer drink machines, you have to ask for every refill from busy workers. Dine in napkins are often out. Saving grace, a play area still exists and is decent.

Well, read the rest of the comments...there is no customer service...forget getting your order correct...management told me they have the best customer service...but not one smile or kind word...you get rolled eye balls and grunts...question, does corp care?

Place is absolutely horrible. No customer service once so ever. Not even a simple hello. Burger was burnt and didn’t even taste right. Didn’t even look like how the burger should. Definitely would not recommend at all
The person basically threw my food at the drive thru. No thank you or any acknowledgement to me, because she was talking and laughing with a coworker. I drove away to find that the sauce that I had asked for wasn’t in the bag. So I went through the drive through again. The wait was even longer. Was told to pull forward to the next window. “You wanted ranch?”, she asked. That’s what I asked for. I put the bag up to the window and she threw 4 sauces in the bag. No apology, no nothing but a stare down. By now, my food was cold. I decided to send a review and discovered nothing but bad reviews. Won’t make that mistake again. I’m sure Ray Kroc is disgusted with this place.

I was amazed by how quick and fresh this service was. I placed my order on the kiosk in the lobby, and as soon as I sat down, my order was ready. I assumed it would be luke warm or cold, and I was surprised that it was not only hot and fresh but delicious. I'm definitely not disappointed with the service this day. Got the buy one and get one for a dollar. Sausage biscuit and sausage mcmuffin .

Ok McDonald’s. Entering & exiting this location can be a hassle at times. Customer service is usually decent. Today I only ordered an Apple pie & sweet tea. The Apple pie wasn’t edible. My feelings wouldn’t have been hurt if they told me none were available instead of giving me something that had been sitting on a warmer for hours
