Spent 56 dollars got got 10 pieces chicken nuggets and deluxe chicken sandwich and the meal and other stuff and got home no big Mac are deluxe sandwich I paid for and went call these people in pearl McDonald and no answer

Don’t come during lunch hour. It’s always slow. My food was correct, but my bread/bun smelled sour, my patty was dry and stiff, and my burger overall wasn’t hot. My fries were mediocre. Could’ve been better. My frappe, however, was delightful.Customer service could be better. Not sure if they are short of staff, but they could use a person at the front to take orders. Not everyone wants to order off the kiosk. Especially the elderly folks.

I ordered food at 9:00pm sharp.Food was handed to me at 9:30pmDuring my waif I asked a young girl for my cup and she said ok. She then goes to the back and disappears for 5 mins and comes back, walks right by me like I don't exist. I ask the manager where my order is and explain to her that the girl never brought my drink and all the manager could tell me was "she's on break" THE GIRL WASNT ON BREAK WHEN I ASKED FOR MY DRINK ORIGINALLY. This mcdonalds has a poor staff problem.

Visited McDonald's in Peark, MS A very busy location. Parking is not great. But they do work fast getting you out The food was hot and fresh, however the fries salty. Will visit again.
Ain’t even put my meal in the bag just hash browns. I try to call and they got their phones off, L service every time I’ve been to this location. L ppl, L management. Workers can’t follow simple instructions.

Went at a time that was close to midnight so I got the skeleton crew. Very friendly and quick service, food was hot and no mistakes but for some reason they didn't salt my fries.

Don't go to this McDonald's if you want decent service! I pulled up to place an order, She didn't say anything to me and then somebody else pulled up about a minute later on the other side and they started taking her order immediately! They have no clue how to do their job properly and they want $15 an hour lol They're not even worth 7.25 an hour bc they don't know how the hell to take orders in proper order. This is why nobody wants to eat at the places in Pearl... I will take my business to Brandon from now on...

The staff are friendly and they work really hard to keep things running smoothly. The restaurant is very clean, including the play place, which is so rare. They told me they clean it every day and I believe that. The kids I brought had clean socks after walking out.My only complaint would be the bathroom. It could just be this particular day, but it smelled very bad. I think this is a plumbing issue, though, because it was clean.
