The food is *amazing*. The staff is *amazing*. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. It's as loud as any other bar, but easy to talk and socialize still 💜

Very mediocre. Food was not very good. Ordered the hot tacos. They were served without any of the toppings advertised in the menu. And they were awful. Will not return.

The service was great, the food was terrible. I ordered a burger and fries. The meal was not fresh, looked and tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. My husband ordered the new hot tacos. They came out not prepared as described on the menu - missing several ingredients. Did not taste good.

Mugshots used to be one of my favorites bc their burger buns and fried mushrooms were amazing! Unfortunately, the quality of food I've gotten lately has declined to the point that when my last order was inedible, I messaged the store via fb to inquire about bringing the uneaten meal back for a potential refund. They read my messages but never responded. Really disappointing.

This is a GREAT place if you want a burger or a cheese steak! I had the Cheese Steak Pasta and much to my surprise it was AWESOME! The bread that comes with it is VERY GOOD too!

Decent First Visit with Room to Improve

Stopped in at Mugshots in Pearl, MS for a casual dinner with a group of five. It was our first time at this location, and while the place has solid ratings, our experience was a mixed bag.

The atmosphere was quiet—definitely a slow night—which made the staff’s slightly bored demeanor understandable. Our server, however, stood out with friendly and attentive service, which we really appreciated. One downside: the restaurant wasn’t as clean as we’d expect given the low traffic, and there was a noticeable funky smell even before reaching the restrooms. That’s something that could—and should—be addressed.

We skipped appetizers and went straight for entrees. Highlights included the Cajun fried chicken pasta and the Philly wrap with sweet potato waffle fries—both flavorful and satisfying. The wings were well-cooked and tasty, while the burger patties leaned a bit dry, though they still had decent flavor. The Mac Daddy Burger stole the show: a monstrous sandwich with grilled cheese buns that was as indulgent as it sounds.

Overall, it was a decent experience. The food had some standout moments, but the place could use a little more polish and attention to detail—both in cleanliness and in consistency across the menu.

This place has a real problem with atmosphere. Music from the 70’s not a sports bar jam. But the real issue is the TVs -infomercial and Netflix selection screen for the hour I ate my meal.

I have come here many times for the chili and I don’t like onions especially those red/purple ones they put in it and today Sunday night I ordered chili as I had many times and it had chunks of the onion. First the bowl looked they had out to much and poured it out so it was all over the bowl and then when I started to eat it it had those onions I told the waiter and she told her manager the manger was so rude and told me it’s how we cook it. I told I have eaten chili there 100 times and she said no it’s how we make it’s like that she was very rude I had 3 of my daughters there with who have seen me order it and told her the same.i never said wasn’t paying just wanted no onions. Guess 100 times before they left that out and today they made it right. Such a rude manager on duty Aug 3 2025.

Our server Chris was perfect the food was good very good this is a place I would come back to any day
