Didn’t get any pics because we all dove right in, but everything was so good! We went for the first time tonight and will definitely go back soon. It was 5 of us and we got 3 Klassics, 1 Sautee and 1 Chicken Tender Meal. The best service too! The owner was such a sweetheart.
Popped in here with guys from work, never been before. Absolute banging food. Solid burger and fries. Not a single undercooked fry in the basket. Fast service too, tbf they weren't busy. 10/10 will return. Word on the street, next week they offer military in uniform 20% all week (dec 8 - dec 12).

I would like to say Not Just A Burger is not your ordinary place to eat. I went today and ordered the Klassic Burger combo, when I say I ate all of my food I ate it all. If you have not been to Not Just A Burger you must go. The owners are super friendly and down to earth, it will make you feel comfortable. I’m glad I stopped by and will definitely go back again soon.

Both the food and service was phenomenal! I had the ex-ordinary burger. I don't think I've ever had a better burger in my life! That place that has a number and dudes doesn't hold a candle on this place.
Best burger in greater Jackson area. Service is always perfect and orders are done quick and right every time.

First of all, the unprofessionalism from the owner was Extremely poor. Two pieces of fish one Extremely thin and small, over cooked and once I made a complaint, the look given was disgusting coming from the owner. The wait was way too long to get a replacement. Then, after she brought it over, she held on to it until she felt she made a point that only made sense to her. Never was there an apology offered. Yes, I only wanted to get a snack to hold me over until dinner while waiting for a haircut, i never expected this type of service. I truly try to support my people and / or Black businesses. However, this is one that I will never suggest or support again. I'll stick with Jerry's. Fish off 49.
