There was no host on duty. Many customers left because of the long wait for someone to look over and notice people needed to be seated. We weren’t given a lunch menu and had to specifically ask if the lunch menu was available. Once our waiter brought our food, he disappeared for about 30 minutes. It was discussed among waiting patrons that he was having to also work in the kitchen. The adjoining area waitress only had 3 customers, but spent 99% of her time with one single diner the entire time - over 1 1/2 hours we were there, so getting assistance from her was out of the question. Once our waiter reappeared, he then had a lot more customers, so drink refills and a to-go box didn’t happen. It took an additional 40 minutes to get the ticket, then about 20 minutes to flag someone else down so we could pay. This is purely bad management. The number of customers aren’t divided up properly between waitstaff. Our waiter had over 6 tables and obviously had additional duties compared to the adjoining area waitress’ 3 customers. He was an extremely polite young man. We felt bad that he was being overworked and mistreated by management and other workers, but tipping isn’t an option when you don’t get proper service. The food was ok. The rolls and butter didn’t have much flavor. The sweet tea wasn’t good. It was barely sweet and there was no sugar on the tables. The ranch dressing had no flavor. The bacon on items wasn’t cooked nearly long enough. We used to dine here years ago and it was always great. We stopped going when prices drastically increased. We only went today because not much else was open for the holiday. We definitely won’t be returning. It’s not worth the aggravation.
Went in round 3 on a Sunday the place was empty, we decided to give them a chance although place was nasty we were thinking short staff but ordered anyway food came out salmon was over cooked, salt and pepper containers had spider webs on it from not being cleaned or changed. Chicken tenders were half cooked.Flat out bad experience, though it was just us, but a lady was seated a few tables away had issues with her food as well. Never stepping foot in another O'Charley's again. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
O’Charleys had outstanding food. Classic cheeseburger is terrific…California Chicken salad also high marks. Service…glacier slow. The manager was keeping everything flowing but he couldn’t be everywhere.
The Louisiana sirloin was great. We had our food to the table in about 15 minutes which is unusual for any restaurant. They didn't have that many staff in the place but they were really fast. Whoever was making the drinks at the bar didn't have their act together. That was probably the worst Long Island Iced Tea I've ever had. I would revisit.
We were told it would be 90 minutes to be seated. After we were seated we ordered our food our appetizer never came. They brought us our main dinner and my wife had ordered broccoli and they brought her french fries. I had ordered for my side the soup and they brought it with my dinner and it was cold. The waitress spent more time up front at the main desk or at the bar then she did on the floor we were never got a refill on our drinks my wife never got her broccoli I finally got a bowl of hot soup that was after my meal due to the waitress not showing up until the meal was done. Will not go back
Dined here from about 2 pm to 3 on Tuesday April 4th. The food was excellent and our young, female wait person was friendly, helpful and sweet. When they were out of the draft beer my husband wanted, a young man brought him one to try from the fresh keg. From the moment we stepped in, we felt like valued customers. The steaks, shrimp and sides were just what we needed before our long flights home. Thanks to all the staff.

Really great service, and awesome experience. The food was delicious! My server was Ashley and she was very amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and more !
Ordered the catfish filet meal and I received overcooked catfish nuggets. I also ordered a slice of key lime pie and it looks like slime!!! This is my third time ordering within this year and each time my order was not correct. I ordered Cajun chicken pasta for delivery and it was only noodles! I ordered the surf n turf and they tried to disguise the chicken strips as cod!! I AM BEYOND DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I don’t see them being in business long AT ALL!!
Zoe was an awesome and funny server; friendliest server I’ve had in a long time at any restaurant. Went out of her way to give us a great experience and deserves a heck of a raise.Food was excellent as well. Recommend the fried pickles and ribs!
We checked in on line to get on the wait list. However, when we got to the restaurant they did not show our name. The Online menu said they served prime rib. It was not on the menu at the restaurant. When I asked the waitress about it she said she did not know what prime rib was. ?

Kind of sad looking plate. The asparagus was completely overcooked, fries didn't seem fresh. The salmon was good.
Trinity C. Was amazing and offered great service since we walked in the door. Very nice and even let us know about the Monday weekday deals! Super impressed with the quality of the atmosphere.
Service was awful not friendly at all first off I walked in to an altercation with another customer about their food and had to work several minutes to be acknowledged then waited to be seated. The restaurant had about 8 customersat the time. I ordered my food and drink and I had several black flakes floating in my drink and hair backed into my bread. The salad was fine but the mac and cheese was not worth using my carbs ? I Aldo ordered the 9oz salmon which I believe they brought me a 6oz bc I actually weigh my food. I won't visit this location again and the owner needs to revisit staff.
Do not waste your time or money going here. The hostess told us she rather yank the phone out of the wall than get any calls from customers because it annoyed her. My husband and I ordered and we received cold food that wasn't even what we ordered. The rice was crunchy and undercooked and my husband's steak was completely raw when he asked for medium well. It costed 70 dollars for horrible service and gross food. I recommend Mugshots or Cracker Barrel nearby, it's much cheaper and always has a bigger portion and better service.
Giving all benefits of doubt I normally give a star up rather than a star down. This time I wish there was a negative rating option. We chose dining here instead of many high rated restaurants that even I have given all stars. Walking in the door should have been a warning. There were several people sitting and standing with no hostess seen for many minutes . Finally our name and phone number was registered and we were told to expect a 20 to 30 minute wait. We took a seat behind the hostess station in a out of service section and warmer. Almost an hour later I questioned that newer groups of guests were being seated around us. We had been lost in the organization of the management. After being seated our order was finally taken. And after another 30 minutes beside a cold drafty window my lady was told that her choice was no longer available and after asking advice on preparation decided to order her steak cooked medium. Much later our food arrived and her steak was well done and tough. After another extended wait a manager came and instead of being concerned about our satisfaction tried to convince us that a totally brown centered steak was medium well. Because she was hungry and had eaten the side dishes it only merited half of her cost reduced, yet half only amount to 7.00 off of a nearly 30.00 dinner. Our waitress attempted for an extended amount of time to check us out but the system was down. Fortunately I had a large bill and after another 15 or so minutes my change was made and we were good to go... over 3 hours of our Saturday evening was not only wasted but in the night she became ill from what we assume was related to the preparation of the side dishes that she ate. I left 75% of my dinner on the table because it was prepared horribly. Not one person was concerned about that. I have to many choices in this area to ever be subjected to this again.
