I’m not sure if they have went down on the quality of their pizza ingredients, or if the management is so terrible that it shows in the products. But paying 25$ for a cafeteria pizza is… outraging, disappointing, and gross. Ive stopped using dominoes for the same reason, but i will gladly switch back after this underdone mess. And i ordered a two liter as I don't drink darks, and they gave me a whole different drink without calling or anything to tell me they were out of it. Don't recommend spending any money at this location.

Food was dry and overcooked. Hard crust, not enough sauce, cheese or toppings, the wings were dry and the breadsticks weren’t cut and were very greasy When I called about the order the person at Pizza Hut was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted on arguing with me and then hung up in my face. I will never buy pizza from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a three topping pizza mushrooms, onions, green peppers and this is what my pizza looked like!! The toppings were so scarce I barely had even 1/4 of any of the veggies ordered. My husband ordered his pizza and got plenty of toppings. He had beef and black olives. I was very disappointed in the pizza, I might as well have ordered a cheese pizza.

That is so sad that I shop there a lot you can see my number in the system that they cannot answer the phone to take orders I really think they need to do something about that they need to hire people to put them in the store that don't make no sense people around here talking about they ain't got no job but y'all not putting Johnny to hire them that don't make no sense for pearl they had to get sent to our operator that always messes up on my order every time I do it it don't make any sense y'all need to fix it you're going to lose a lot of business

Skip it. They're gone. Charge for parm? Tiny personal pan pizzas now, but at least the price has gone up. LOL. Employees swearing in the kitchen. Uncomfortable furniture. Too bad, I worked at PH when I was young. It's gone.

They accidentally got my pizza wrong. It happens. I came back to the store to get a replacement pizza and was having a slight autistic meltdown because it was crowded, I am autistic. I just wanted to leave and I think I even started crying at some point because overwhelmed is overwhelmed. The lady that helped me was so nice and caring and made sure I got my pizza back better than it was before. I love this store and its employees.
