They treat there customers horribly. Always understaff because of that reason. Showers are never open. Also the employees are so rude to each other.

Well I'm a truck driver and today I'm stuck here for the day so I decided to get something to eat and guess what!!! There is no hot food and it's 12pm nor is there breakfast available either smh.i honestly can't believe there is not one piece of food at this flying j. You know I stop not at the pilot but the flying j and there isn't anything to eat at all at 12pm for lunch this makes me not want to come here not even for fuel either ever again. If I cross the street to the loves I'm more than positive they have everything available for there customers but unfortunately I have to starve here like a bum since I can't move my truck. Thank you flying j you just lost a customer that fuels over 1000 gallons of fuel each month way to go on claiming your the best.

I have been recently traveling a lot. I wanted to refresh up little bit after long drive so I decided to stop by here to take a shower. It does not have like 5 stars amenities but it was doable.... Shower room was clean and provided clean towels that felt like just came out from dryer. Inside the shower had sink, toilet, fan, chair and soap for you to use. Lady who helped me to check-in was very friendly. This is definitely not something I would do very time but it was very interesting experience. For over 30 years living in US, I never knew there was shower civilities at some gas stations. Most of them are in semi truck fuel stations.
