If I could give negative stars I would. These people are pathetic. Bottom of the barrel. Service is nonexistent. Waited 20 minutes to be told they had to fry more chicken and I needed to wait 20 more minutes. Watched them screw up 3 orders ahead of me too. Im sick to death of the horrible restaurant experiences in Mississippi

Man I’m so mad rn this is the second time I’ve came to this location , they gave me my food and once I got down the road I opened my food and someone had eaten half my food and I had less than half of my red beans and rice left

The service sucked and the manager's attitude was ugly. It took me at least 45 minutes to get my food. 45 minutes for a single meal. They went down the screen and erased orders as if they had already been made when they hadn't. I will never in life go to that Popeyes again.

Whoever the heavy set dark skin girl is with the braids who worked August 12th around 6:10pm at the window is rude and mad because she can’t handle her job , her attitude was horrible and then told me she couldn’t ring me up for sweetheat because she had an order on her screen and got a attitude because I told her I just wanted one and I had the money in my hand ready to pay for it she slams the window and yelled IM FINNA QUIT TODAY … my boyfriend had to calm me down because she was about to get cursed out , also slammed the window because we told her two sides were missing out of our bag , don’t take your anger out on your customers because you can’t handle your job and work at Popeyes MAAM … won’t be going back … no type of hospitality just rude and obviously don’t wanna be at work

Twice I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal once I only got 7 nuggets and the other I got 5 nuggets and 2 small pieces of chicken strips

I went inside Popeyes restaurant today this afternoon on May 26 of 24 and I ordered off the chaos kiosk number one and I ordered a three piece white with mashed potatoes and gravy and two cinnamon pies and a biscuit. After that once I got my ticket and I stood literally at the counter for approximately 10 minutes before anybody even done anything in order to serve me after they’ve collected my money of course through the chaos. Well, I don’t know where this came from. I don’t know, but she fixed my chicken for me. Remember, I ordered the three-piece white and I got a chicken leg a chicken wing Thigh, every piece of chicken was the smallest I’ve ever seen. My complaint is this this is the third time that I have ordered an extra biscuit in which I failed to receive twice in the drive-through and I figured if I go in, I’ll be able to get my extra biscuit without having to be or reminding them to put it in the bag. Well, needless to say I will not be buying anything else from this restaurant which is Popeyes on 1000 Top St., Flowood, MS and I hope this gets to the manager corporation that everybody was more concerned about taking breaks. The little girl made eye contact with me that runs the window, but yet she did not do anything and they just more worried about considering About their friends and talking about nonsense that ain’t got no placement so I hope Popeyes is happy because I will not be purchasing from them no more.
