Barely warm over fried chicken. They gave me the wrong peices. If someone would care a little, or even pay attention while taking a order it would be nice. Just a overall bad experience.

My wife stopped on her way home to get 2 shrimp box meals, shame on her for not checking her order because what she got was 2 boxes with 6 shrimp in each one. No meal so I will be certain to let everyone know if you really want Popeys you might not want to stop in Pearl Mississippi, 6 shrimp for an adult male will help with weight loss. Do not patronize this restaurant!

Linda the store manager very rude when we said our food the chicken was not done it was red and bloody on the inside she's going to catch her attitude we arrived at Popeyes at 7:00 we should at the camera to finally we got our order taken at 7:13 it is now 8: 15 and we are just now leaving that don't make any sense waiting on a two-piece meal I need somebody in order to reach out to me because that don't make no sense

Watch the cashier fix my sandwich where she dug to find the one in the tray that ended up being a big cluster of breading and just a little chicken. She didn’t realize I watched her … very unhappy with this chicken sandwich or should I call it a crumb sandwich… Don’t eat here

My wife and I love Popeye's. So on a Friday night running other errands we decided to stop there out of the many choices in the area we had. We ordered what they had had on the billboard which wasn't accurate. It said 12 tender meal for 25 dollars. It wasn't true. That's fine still love the food. After we order a family meal that's over 40 dollars we get ridiculed in the drive thru for asking for a condiment. This is the Pearl,MS location. So if you want any condiments or an accurate order...............go to another. Maybe they have better management 🤷

I literally work around the corner from here so this location is very Convenient for me. For the most part I’ve never had a problem with food. A handful of times I’ve received lukewarm food, but other than that I’ve gotten decent food. Sometimes the wait times are long, but I usually come around lunch hour so that’s expected. The service however is hit and miss. Sometimes you walk in and no one speaks, sometimes they do. Sometimes you get half dead cashiers looking at you crazy, sometimes you get great cashiers. But on a CONSISTENT basis, the manager (I’m assuming she’s some sort of management. Long weave that’s goldish brownish color, black lady, kind of heavy set) is NEVER friendly! I’m not sure how she runs her front end with that attitude. So I more than likely won’t ever be back or I won’t be back for along time. Wendy’s across the street is ALWAYS great. Just a fyi for anyone ;)

Very rude when ordering my food and yelling over intercom what I wanted. Then wants to talk about personal issues alone with losing the window because it was to cold. After that she preceded to tell me that she didn’t have change at 6:40 because she dropped some already and closed the window on me. That is the rudest thing I’ve ever dealt with. Shame on yall Popeyes
I just arrived in the city from FL, I’m staying at the courtyard Marriott just down the street from Popeyes so I went thru the drive through and ordered some chicken before heading to the hotel. I ask the lady at the window if all my food was in the bag and she assured me that it was all there. Something told me to not listen to her but I was tired and hungry so I drove off trusting her. When I got back and opened the bag, there was nothing but chicken, none of the side items that I ordered and paid for was in the bag. I was very disappointed with the service and will never go there again. The wait was long and they also ran out of chicken! The staff needs more training!!!!!
