I get the hardship while working at a fast food restaurant. The pregnant lady Keyoni should be on light duty so she don't get agitated easly. It's hot outside and she gave me my soda with no ice due to the ice not being refilled but a worker was pouring ice in the ice thing while i was waiting for my order. She was they are out. I repeated and said yall out of ice twice becauseyall not. Ma'am get someone to fill it where my thoughts. She handed me a small cup of ice. Cool..I'll just pour the soda in the small cup with the ice. Tth soda was flat! I asked for a different soda. Long story short.. I asked for ketchup and she blowing/huffing & puffing. I get that she's pregnant and it's hot plus u dealing with different emotions probably therefore she should be on light duty other than on the drive through. Not to mention I'm waiting in the drive through for a good minute. U huffing bcuz I'm asking for what I want/paid for?

I don’t normally rate things low, but the experience was just not very good. The food was below average and took a long time to come out and we were the only ones there, they didn’t put any sauce in the bag, and the workers didn’t even acknowledge you or smile or greet us and the person taking out order was talking to another employee the whole time we were ordering. Overall, I was just pretty disappointed with the experience and expected much more for the pretty expensive price.

I really like rallys food but the last 2 times I've visited the pearl location they have not gotten everything I ordered into the bag. Last time I was missing my fully loaded fry, this time I am missing the 2 apple pies I ordered. I live all the way on the other side of town so going back is huge pain as mom. Window empyees need to be retrained on double checking the order is complete before handing out the bags.
