Where's Gordon Ramsey when you need him to "shut this place down". There was hardly anyone in the restaurant & the time wait for service & food was extremely slow. The plate barely had any food on it & was NOT worth the cost.

I rate this place 0 out of 5. This was my first time going to Ruby Tuesday after seeing the commercials on tv for years. I went to the Pearl location on Pearson Rd on Thurs. March 27th 2025 at approx 7:30 pm. And first, the host took too long to seat us. He then took us to a wet table that he just wiped but didn't dry. The waitress came to serve us and noticed that our table was wet and attempted to dry it, but our menus were already so wet, it got water back on our table. It then took 40 minutes to bring out our food. I ordered the half slab ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders dinner. The ribs were supposed to be a wet rub, but they brought out a dry rub. The waitress said "It should've been wet" then walked off without correcting the issue. I decided to go ahead and eat the ribs and noticed it was so tough, I felt like I was chewing on a dog treat from Petco. While the shrimp and chicken tenders were so hard, I thought someone cooked them in Viagra. I'm definitely not going back after spending $59.00. I'm one and done with Ruby Tuesday.

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences of our lives!
We stay in Pearl, MS. overnight several times a year. Tonight we decided to try the Ruby Tuesday right near our hotel. Upon entering the restaurant we were seated by the uninspired host. We then waited 10 minutes for a server (had to ask the uninspired host to send someone to our table) and then waited another 12 minutes for an ice tea and Diet Coke. Our server, Paquit B, took our order which consisted of my salad bar and my wife’s bowl of potato soup. The server told me to help myself to the salad bar, as my wife’s soup would be right out. I got a plate at the salad bar, which was far from fresh, and then waited nearly 25 minutes for my wife’s bowl of soup to come out. It was absolutely inedible! It looked like a bowl of mush. What in the world would take 25 minutes for a bowl of soup to come out to our table?
Paquit B seemed unconcerned, not only with our table, but also other patrons near us. It is so obvious that she lacks the needed training to be an effective and efficient server. This is obviously a complete management failure.
I will NEVER return to this restaurant! Please be aware if your visiting Pearl, MS. so you can avoid this establishment!

It's took over 2 hours to get our food and an hour for our drinks. Our waitresses were amazing and tried to make excuses for the back staff, but we saw 2 parties come in after us and leave before we did.
The food was horrible! Brown lettuce, burnt wings, and my fish weren't crispy anymore.
The manager was called, but he had a slight attitude, and only 2 people in our party had their bill adjusted. I was supposed to as well, but when it came time for me to pay, my bill remained the same. At that point, I just wanted to go.

Only real worthy food here is the salad bar in my opinion! The rest of the food is just mediocre. The service could be better as we found ourselves needing refills and sauce for food but couldn't get our waitress back to the table. The restaurant could use some deep cleaning and a reno!

Fast food in a restaurant setting is the best way I can describe my experience. Our service was decent.

The salad bar was really good. My wife ordered an appetizer as her meal (loaded potato skins) and I had the New Orleans seafood. The food was good but they were shorthanded so therefore the service was definitely lacking.

We hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in decades. When we saw this one on our trip, we had to stop and eat. Unfortunately, the service was worst than zero/10. The salad bar was almost inedible. My wife and I barely ate our food it was sooooo bad. I guess there's a reason this place is mostly out of business.

The seats in booths are worn out and torn. Generally rundown. Over priced. Draw beer was flat.

Staff was pleasant salad bar was good as always except no pita bread, no crackers and availability was low. I visited about 130pm. The facility was a disaster, note pictures of dirty and missing tiles. I guess they are more focused on door dash and Uber eats than visiting patrons.
