Ordered a Route 44 Ice Coffee through online app. Arrived to the store to pick up order. Was brought out a Large Ice Coffee. So I hit the the buzzer and told I had Ordered a Route 44 Ice Coffee. Was told we're out of Route 44 cups. So I was still charged a Route 44 price that's not right. They could of at least put the rest of my coffee I paid for in a smaller cup to make up for what I paid for. That's not right. Will not be back at that location.

I waited 22 mintues for a cold burger, and no fries with my #7! Extremely pissed and starving! No time to wait after 22 mintues, we have games to get to! High disappointed and a waste of money for a cold burger!

Just left after 30 MINUTES for waiting for an online order. COULDNT WAIT ANY LONGER AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. i left bc i have a job! wow seems like no one works here. had someone taking one order at a time and the only person bring out orders, 5 mins apart like yall literally makimg the orders one at a time. i had a bacon chicken wrap and a SMALL FRY. why would it take 30 mins? and they won’t answer the phone so i can get a refund. y’all always been quicker than the one on pearson but recently y’all can go to hell.

They make a GREAT Slushi. There are some Sonic locations I won't even go to because their slushies are watered down and not much of a slushi. This is an older Sonic location, but they have a great and friendly staff and I've never had anything bad from this location.

Waited in an empty parking lot with the button pushed for 10 minutes, I have to hit it two more times before someone rudely comes on and asks what I want. I order two drinks and one comes incorrect, I’m told by the server “I’ll see if they will fix it” brought back a poorly made drink. Terrible service, even for fast food

Any and everytime ive attempted to eat at this location, there was always some magical reason as to why my order cannot be fulfilled. Y’all will cancel a 14$ order and a 60$ order. Highly recommend just going to the other Sonic in the area if you want your food before the sun goes down.
