I ordered a steak burger combo, got my ticket sat down to wait for my order. Shortly after, my number was called. I was shocked that it went so quickly. And when I say it was hot and delicious, especially the fries were hot and tasty. Went to the condiments station, and it was fully stocked. I took some fry seasoning, which I didn't know they served, and it was delicious. I got to say this was my second time visiting this location, and the food was on point as well as the customer service. I was impressed, and I will continue to visit this establishment

Great place to eat, great food at great prices, just isn't big enough and not enough parking.
Parking: They used to have difficulty getting good waiters or waitresses, so they have installed several stations where you place your own order. If you have questions, you can walk to the cash register.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a lot of room to maneuver a wheelchair, but you probably could manage one of the booths close to the door if you have someone with you to place your order.

First of all no service had to use kiosch to order my food. Then the machine had the nerve to ask if I wanted to give a tip. Tip who???? I took my own order, I paid at an electronic device. And to top it all off the food was cold after about a 15 minute wait. Needless to say I won't be back.

Honestly one of the saddest excuses for milkshake I’ve ever had. Ordered three milkshakes for delivery to sate a sweetness craving. It was like a milk slushie or a milkshake that had been sitting in a freezer. It was bland and gritty. Very disappointing for a place with Shake in the name.

Went through the drive through ordered a garlic burger and they gave me just a regular burger. But beforehand handed me pan order that had about 5 burgers that wasn’t mine. I told the girl it wasn’t mine and she took it back and then we watched them argue for about 5 mins while not updating me about my order. Also received the wrong flavor shake. Then my friend went in to order became she decided she wanted something and it took way to long when there was no one inside eatting it was 7:45.

When we walked in we were looking to see where to order because the use to seat u and take order. I understand things changing in this day in time, but the kiosk deal up front takes 5 mins to work for 4 people. Uncalled for. If I wanted to do that I would just order outside. The food was fresh and good but definitely overpriced. The chili wasn't good at all and had an old type film like had been sitting all day and very watery. Unacceptable

I just left this establishment and ordered a birthday cake shake. It’s clear as day that they merely threw sprinkles in a vanilla shake which is NOT how a birthday cake shake is made. It’s actually disgusting and had no flavor whatsoever. I’ve frequented a number of these restaurants in a different city, and the birthday cake shake looked and tasted the way it should. This was a waste of money and time as I waited at least 15 minutes for a flavorless shake that cost $5.49. Do NOT make the mistake I’ve made in patronizing this location.
