This is hands down the worst Steak and Shake I have been too. They also forgot fries from my order. Horrible service, place was not cleaned, looked like very poor management. I do not recommend. The food was worse than McDonald’s and that says something….

I tried placing a timed order on the app. It failed to get the time correct so the store was going to make it immediately. I called the store and talked to some apparently incompetent lady named Destiny. She assured me the store would hold my order until the correct time.... They did not. The food tasted horrible. It was all stale. I called and complained and got nothing for my trouble. The worst part is I hyped the new and improved effort steak and shake is making for quality to my family. It's just a very disappointing experience all around.

I have not been to this franchise in years and decided to give it a try. Good food but there wasn't anyway to walk up to a register and order. Kiosks only and they would not allow you to customize much. Also the only kiosk that took cash was down so it was card or nothing. Staff was friendly but they were not good on follow up with the customer. Overall if you don't mind the food the way it comes and are willing to pay by card then I recommend it.
