Chalupa bread hard as a rock! Specified no tomatoes and of course there was tomatoes on everything! Ordered all hard shell tacos and they were all soft shells. It’s really my fault for going to Taco Bell in the first place!!

If you don't mind driving into the HEART OF PEARL, yeah, this IS the BEST DARN TACO BELL IN RANKIN COUNTY! ** Jus don't idiotically pull up trying to order 15-20 minutes before closing, cuz yeah there's going to be complications off menu/ yur order bcz the steamer will be shut down/off...so... no rice, +, etc.

Ate here at 6pm on a Friday. Normally have bad experiences with taco bell. But today, the store was freshly cleaned, well maintained, the food came and fast, order was correct, they remembered NO lettuce, and they actually knew that tomatoes go with the sour creme on a supreme. I was pleasantly surprised. It must just be the late night shift that goes downhill because they were on point this evening.

I got an Uber order here for $20 so I took it . It was 20 minutes before they closed around 2:40 am and when I got to the speaker the lady said they were closed . I then said they didn't close until three and she ignored me completely. I wasted my gas and time . Pure laziness.
Like the food throw together and not no quality to order no ice in my paradise tea and my fiesta potatoes was like not fresh I know it was 1247 am but when spend money I want good food and when drove up the menu board was off .

Did an online pickup (drive-thru) in the Taco Bell app Friday December 27, 2024. I had a classic box and two (5 piece) chicken nugget deluxe meals. Everything came out to $31.04. Went through the drive through and they told me at the window saying they didn’t have any sodas and offered sweet-tea instead. I told them that it was fine for the sweet-tea. Then told me they were out of chicken nuggets completely. I told them to just cancel my order and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the Taco Bell app is a 3rd party app. So I asked them could they show me how in the app cause I have never had a problem like this. They told me no because they don’t know to refund on the app either. I decided to come back to Taco Bell Sunday December 29, 2024 to ask them again just in case someone else maybe knew how to get my refund from the order I never was able to pick up from them. They told they didn’t have chicken on that day per the manager because the manger was the one that supposedly picked up the chicken themselves that morning.(so I was lied to somewhere) They again told me they didn’t know how to refund and I asked for corporates office number or someone to ask for help, they told me they don’t have no ones number to give me..so I left and is now writing this review….

The worst place of a job manager (s) don't know how to talk to they staff,argues while customers trying to see where they food at instead of insisting the customers they talking bout other things that's clearly has nothing to do with the establishment.i see why I see new faces every time I've visited and they never there to long definitely management and assistant issues
