Like the food throw together and not no quality to order no ice in my paradise tea and my fiesta potatoes was like not fresh I know it was 1247 am but when spend money I want good food and when drove up the menu board was off .

Did an online pickup (drive-thru) in the Taco Bell app Friday December 27, 2024. I had a classic box and two (5 piece) chicken nugget deluxe meals. Everything came out to $31.04. Went through the drive through and they told me at the window saying they didn’t have any sodas and offered sweet-tea instead. I told them that it was fine for the sweet-tea. Then told me they were out of chicken nuggets completely. I told them to just cancel my order and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the Taco Bell app is a 3rd party app. So I asked them could they show me how in the app cause I have never had a problem like this. They told me no because they don’t know to refund on the app either. I decided to come back to Taco Bell Sunday December 29, 2024 to ask them again just in case someone else maybe knew how to get my refund from the order I never was able to pick up from them. They told they didn’t have chicken on that day per the manager because the manger was the one that supposedly picked up the chicken themselves that morning.(so I was lied to somewhere) They again told me they didn’t know how to refund and I asked for corporates office number or someone to ask for help, they told me they don’t have no ones number to give me..so I left and is now writing this review….

The worst place of a job manager (s) don't know how to talk to they staff,argues while customers trying to see where they food at instead of insisting the customers they talking bout other things that's clearly has nothing to do with the establishment.i see why I see new faces every time I've visited and they never there to long definitely management and assistant issues

They give you what they want you to have not what you order and exspect you to like it and when you say somthing about it the manedger ask what you want her to do about it. I Ant Never In My Life .Where Are The People Skills These Days???

Worst experience ever !!! I ordered 6 tacos and all of them had extremely cold meat on there and barely had meat like they usually have on there granted lee did say he needed to check if they had enough meat for my tacos but he should have said he didn’t instead of giving me cold and little meat , as well as on my pizza there was no meat at all just filled to the brim with beans when I clearly said no beans ! The meat on my quesadilla was cold as well . It’s late and I would have went back and got a refund if I knew the experience was gonna be like this . Extremely disappointed.

I ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme came with hardly any meat I opened it up and only half of the thing had meat and it was like 1 mm thick of meet when you look at the picture it looks like it's at least half inch full of meat. I had called and spoke to the manager and he took my name down so I can come in and get a replacement meal.

I called tonight actually spoke to that guy he gave me to the female manager on duty and I told her the story and she said my name was not anywhere to be found and I said well male manager did it and she's like well the guy you spoke to was the only m male
manager and he says he never spoke to me. Then during ensuing conversation she says that the male manager then stated I had told him a female manager took my name down. So not only did now lie twice but he's accusing me of being a liar! She tells me to call tomorrow to speak to general manager. I'll never go there again. They lost me as a customer of 23 years! I'll go to the next town over and get my Taco Bell!

Ordered 2 cheese and 2 chicken quesadillas. Waited over 10 minutes, they gave me 4 quesadiallas that were stale and had clearly been cooked hours ago, with NO CHEESE in them. Not sure how they're even in business. But I don't reccomend going there
