We were giving Pizza Shack another chance. The cheese pizza was cooked too long and the breadsticks not long enough. Pretty much dough. The carnivore pizza was ok. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Ordered a carnivore when it first opened and could only eat two slices. Order the same pizza last week and It looked like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Took it back to Pizza Shack and showed it to the person that took my order and he proceeded to show me the different kinds of meat that prove that it was what I ordered.

We ordered a medium carnivore pizza, small bbq pork pizza, brownie and 2 pieces of cheesecake. The order arrived missing a pizza and both cheesecakes. We had NO communication from Pizza Shack. NO communication from the driver. NO communication fom the app until after the food was delivered. Now half the family has NO dinner. Bad customer service all the way around. Pizza Shack should have called and we would have substituted for another pizza. We will not be back.

I tried the Shrimp Alfredo Pizza this time, and it was good! They always add plenty of toppings, and the ingredients are fresh. Service was fast and friendly.

I hate to jump on the one star bandwagon that seems to be going on with this location. But man. Went in to order and they had no bbq or chicken and had to ask if they had the stuff to make the 3 cheese. Next time I will drive the extra miles and go to the original.

Takeout: Ordered a large carnivore pizza, we use to eat off of it for two days because it is filled with meat and the pizza box was a lot bigger. The pizza that I received today was not a large. The cashier indicated that it was a large, however, it was not and in a medium box. After paying $27.00 for a large and receiving a medium is unacceptable. I will not revisit this place again. Very disappointed with my order.

Ordered delivery. Wings "out of stick". Ok, stuff runs out. I did not ask for door-daah, but that is who delivered. Another item i had ordered and paid for was"out of stock" evidently, but i was charged for it nonetheless. Pizza is good. Prices are extremely high. This is a once a year purchase.

We ate here when they first opened and it was great. Came and ate lunch here last week and it was awful. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took well over 30 minutes to get our food (we ordered sandwiches). When my mother ordered, everything she wanted to order they did not have, so she settled for a sandwich (had to substitute the cheese that came on it because they were out of that too). When they finally started making our food, one of the employees was eating while making our food. The restaurant is in need of new furniture and a DEEP cleaning badly! I have never left a restaurant and felt gross until that day. Unfortunately, I will not return and will not order To-Go ever again after seeing the state of the restaurant.
A pizza place that is out of cheese? At 12:00 at lunch? It’s actually impressive how unorganized this place is.

We are Pizza Shack fans!!!! The Pizza Shack on fortification rd in Jackson is what got us hooked an since they finally put one closer to us We been coming to the one in Pearl....the pizzas rarely look like the pizzas from Pizza Shack from Jackson an Madison. I don't know why??? Everything we go to te one in Pearl they always out of something our pizzas always look like paper thin, an always looks over cooked an honestly tastes eeeehhh so so....when we are in Madison we will go to Pizza Shack their an it's always like Pizza from the fortification road Pizza are delish!!!! Not sure why the one in Pearl is different? They all sister Pizza Shacks....the staffs are great no issues there just quality of the pizzas is way off so I don't know....I guess we gonna stick to Pizza Shacks from Jackson an Madison...we live in Rankin county but I'd rather make the drive for the better pizzas. I wish they can see an find the reasons why. We still Pizza Shack fans for life!
