This is that cool place to chill without a care in the world. Its got this Home-like feel. And I am not from Pearl, MS, but I felt welcome and comfortable immediately. As a pizza lover I had to try this place and they did not let me down. I got an extra cheese, pep, mushroom, onion, and spinach small pizza. My dauggter got mozerella, gouda, and pep small. Both were very tastey. This is not the best pizza we have ever had yet it close to the top. Our pies were not perfect which clearly they bake authentically (sp?). Presentation and service were enjoyable and appreciated! Try em out - you will be pleased and comfortably full!!

I placed an order online, get to restaurant order wasn't in the system. I showed employee my order and receipt. She agreed to make the pizza in 10mins. When I got my order topping thrown on there whole, crust tearing apart. It was definitely thrown together. The worse 13.65 paid, never again.

I could tolerate the grungy atmosphere and the terrible service a little better if the food was worth The price! The kid at the counter tried his best to turn us away because “ we close in 30 minutes” but we were fooled by the sign Above the door that reads the pizza shack. Just found out this is not the same as The Bank by Pizza Shack In Clinton or The Cleaners by Pizza Shack In Brandon. So just because they Close in 30 minutes they were out of chicken, which is what we actually came in there for and also out of banana peppers and olives when we settled for the supreme pizza. They won’t ever have to worry about getting my money again. $37 for a cheese pizza and supreme pizza missing half the toppings. Don’t waste your money In Pearl y’all! Go to Brandon or Clinton where you would never get this type of service and way better quality pizza, not this overpriced Temu version!!! I honestly don’t know how this place stays open!

Orders 9 large pizza several different ones $266.78 In the past toppings were falling off Now it looks like pizza from a gas station at an average of $30 a pizza. Honestly I would rather have Pizza Hut for half the price. I order from there a couple times a year 9-10 at a time but no more Staff was very friendly and on spot but quality was poor

Ordered a pizza and cinnamon stick went to pick up and was informed they were out of cinnamon and was told I would have to call back tomorrow for a refund and they did not even cut the thin crust pizza into square like I ordered will not be back

I have ate here many times and was one of my favorite places but this time they are out of everything, can't even make a turkey melt sandwich. Drink machine is broken but can buy a Big K can drink for $1.50! I don't know if it's employee issue or manager but it's really disappointing at this location!

We were giving Pizza Shack another chance. The cheese pizza was cooked too long and the breadsticks not long enough. Pretty much dough. The carnivore pizza was ok. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Ordered a carnivore when it first opened and could only eat two slices. Order the same pizza last week and It looked like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Took it back to Pizza Shack and showed it to the person that took my order and he proceeded to show me the different kinds of meat that prove that it was what I ordered.

We ordered a medium carnivore pizza, small bbq pork pizza, brownie and 2 pieces of cheesecake. The order arrived missing a pizza and both cheesecakes. We had NO communication from Pizza Shack. NO communication from the driver. NO communication fom the app until after the food was delivered. Now half the family has NO dinner. Bad customer service all the way around. Pizza Shack should have called and we would have substituted for another pizza. We will not be back.

I tried the Shrimp Alfredo Pizza this time, and it was good! They always add plenty of toppings, and the ingredients are fresh. Service was fast and friendly.

I hate to jump on the one star bandwagon that seems to be going on with this location. But man. Went in to order and they had no bbq or chicken and had to ask if they had the stuff to make the 3 cheese. Next time I will drive the extra miles and go to the original.
