This is one of those spots you don't go for the decor cause you know the food is good. We say go to the hole in the wall. Don't judge just get the food it's great. First time going, it didn't disappoint.

It’s not being ran like it was when Grandma was in there back in the day. I called my order in and came all the way across town becaue I love the food but still having to wait a hour and still waiting. I watched people come in after and dine in and still getting food before I got my order. The lady at the front and the girl just are so non chalant and giving stank face when you ask about your order and states well we DONT do refunds. Sadly this may be my last time coming. The food is good but the customer service and friendly atmosphere the grandma used to have in this place is completely gone.

This was my first visit to this establishment, and unfortunately it will also be my last. Upon entering, loud music was playing at a volume that made the environment feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. Despite my husband and I being the only customers in the restaurant, the employee assisting us answered a phone call in the middle of taking our order without any acknowledgment, apology, or request for a moment to pause.
Before payment, we were told that the price would be the same whether using cash or card. After receiving our waters, I noticed a posted sign indicating that a 4 percent fee is added to card transactions, which was not disclosed upfront. This immediately felt misleading.
While we were seated, another employee walked into the lobby appearing visibly frustrated and stood there momentarily before returning behind the counter. Shortly after, the music was changed to something more appropriate for a dining environment, which suggested that the staff became aware of the issue only after our arrival.
Based on the lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service during our visit, I cannot recommend this business. I hope they will take steps to improve their guest experience moving forward.

Tony’s has been consistently good for at least 10 years. Fair prices and good comfort food. Never had a bad experience.
My first time visiting based on the recent reviews. I was super hungry and I had to refrain from ordering everything on the menu. 🤭 I selected the chicken philly fries with a portion of steak as well. MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!! That was sooooooo good!! The taste of the meat was more flavorful than expected. It was actually more than enough and I was very pleased. And the genuine kindness from the staff was wonderful. I will be back.

Tasted great, my boyfriend's fish filets were both two boneless cuts but mine were filled with a lot of bones. I spent a lot of time removing the little bones. I wish I was given two boneless cuts too.

Got this as a door dash order. Got unbreaded Kickin Bourbon wings. Sauce was great but wings....sub-par. Honestly Wing Stop would be better. Gave it a try because of rave reviews from locals but yet again MS ppl overplayed another food spot. Wings were nasty, salad was bleh, fries were ok...probably the best thing on the plate. Wanted to love it but nah. Never will order from here again.
