I drove out my way to here. Especially on off days. A treat for myself. I tried the mango magic and it was very delicious. I've been back several times just for it. Need more Tropical Smoothies Cafes around. Great tasting smoothies and bowls. Always a treat.

Given a really bad quality smoothie. I was buying them frequently but I am not longer going due to the quality.

This use to be a really good place
Now, they put too much ice in the blender and smoothies are watered down tasting. Plus, if you are paying the extra for supplements, a good portion of them will be dumped down the sink with everything in the mixer that doesn't fit in the cup. Again because they over do the ice.
Also, the sausage in the breakfast is greasy

Purchased through the app and this was the worst experience. They did not give my dasher the smoothies and when I needed it to be re sent, there was not a manager on site who knew how to manage the system. The young lady began to get huffy with me on the phone because I called trying to figure out how to get my order. Paying $50 for 2 Sandwiches and 2 Smoothies is a choice, but to not receive the order and be hung up on when trying to get them to correct it, IS NEVER OK. This is horrible customer service and because they aren't answering the phone, I'm not even getting my refund because I placed it on the app. Please stop hiring people who don't care about their job or your business. This is horrible.

Healthy smoothie and food options right off the highway are rare. That’s the great aspect about this location.

This is located inside a gas station and isn’t a stand alone store like the other Tropical Smoothie Cafe stores.

A table and chairs along with a few seats at the order counter are convenient if you plan to sit.

Not great ambiance overall, and could use a new paint job on the wall, but better than I expected from a gas station. I’m just wanting the smoothie to go anyhow.

Employers were very nice, just a little on the slow side compared to other locations. But again, I’m just here for the healthy smoothie, not the experience.

Idk who you guys just hired, but this is the second time my bowl has had all this extra water in it. This is unacceptable. Get some help!

We'd been to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Flowood and really liked it, so thought we'd try this one in Pearl. It's in a gas station and doesn't really have seating aside from one wobbly table. Besides being dirty and loud, they forgot my kid's order. After they acknowledged and said they'd make it, they didn't make it or acknowledge me standing there for the next 20 minutes. Try the Arby's across the street, save yourself the disappointment. What food we did get was alright.

The acai was sooo good this was my first time trying this place. It did take a while to get the order but I understand it’s a busy place in a smaller environment.

The customer service is so no chalet...they don't know anything abt how to enter Promo codes on app bc they are new & have nothing to do with the app {per new girl). They gave customer wrong smoothie ..thankful they were not allergic to peanuts...another customer seen that mishap and walked out.
They never answer phone then when we come on lunch break we wait for 18mins for our order.
Wrap has definitely shrunk in size and smoothie had no taste

Stop hiring kids that don't want to work. Most people that come in the AM have a job. The AM is the busiest. You need at least 5 ppl behind the counter in the morning to handle the influx of customers. Today you had 2 kids just standing around, 1 on the cell phone texting and the other standing behind the grill not doing anything.
