Inside of a gas station store.

We'd been to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Flowood and really liked it, so thought we'd try this one in Pearl. It's in a gas station and doesn't really have seating aside from one wobbly table. Besides being dirty and loud, they forgot my kid's order. After they acknowledged and said they'd make it, they didn't make it or acknowledge me standing there for the next 20 minutes. Try the Arby's across the street, save yourself the disappointment. What food we did get was alright.

The acai was sooo good this was my first time trying this place. It did take a while to get the order but I understand it’s a busy place in a smaller environment.

The customer service is so no chalet...they don't know anything abt how to enter Promo codes on app bc they are new & have nothing to do with the app {per new girl). They gave customer wrong smoothie ..thankful they were not allergic to peanuts...another customer seen that mishap and walked out.
They never answer phone then when we come on lunch break we wait for 18mins for our order.
Wrap has definitely shrunk in size and smoothie had no taste

Stop hiring kids that don't want to work. Most people that come in the AM have a job. The AM is the busiest. You need at least 5 ppl behind the counter in the morning to handle the influx of customers. Today you had 2 kids just standing around, 1 on the cell phone texting and the other standing behind the grill not doing anything.

Was one of my fav places, now my least fav. The last three times I made an order, the food was cold. nobody answered the phone, and the smoothie was bland like it was missing other fruits that are supposed to be in them. Ginger, for example. It's not the same. I'll go to another one elsewhere if I'm passing by from now on.

Vegetarian options: I don't care for any of that anymore here.

Well, the smoothies are good. But the wait time is horrible. Service is okay when staffed. I always order ahead, if not you might wait for over 30min

This place is a disgrace to tropical smoothie. They don’t open on time, multiple times no one is there at 7. Last week they told me they weren’t making food. 3 times I asked for a sandwich with no cheese, made it all the way to work and cheese is inside it. They never answer the phone. Just close if you don’t have people that can do anything right.

As a first time customer, we were told by the employee that they were short staffed and couldn’t make food, only smoothies. One employee was sitting at a table and walked behind the register as we walked up. Both employees were standing there not doing much of anything. We also were just trying to get bowls… basically a smoothie without having to blend it up. That’s absurd and embarrassing for a business to be represented that way. Hopefully that isn’t the norm. It’s doubtful that we will be back to this location any time soon. A teenage boy at the Flowood location took our order/payment and fixed our bowls and a smoothie is less than five minutes, by himself.

Update: I shared my experience on your website, and got a letter in the mail as an “apology,” along with a $6 gift card. I’m not sure how that resolves anything. Maybe you should save all those $6 gift cards you give for terrible experiences, and hire better people with that money.

I love the Mixed Berry bowl but lately they have been putting less yogurt in the bowl and it’s not as filling. I ordered through Door Dash and the last 2 times I ordered a detox drink they forgot the straw. Also, frozen blueberries are NOT the same as fresh. Second Sunday I’ve tried to order and they are out of ingredients. First time they were all out of bowls and the ingredients to make them. Today I can’t order anything with fruit. Get it together people and order supplies accordingly. SMH

I really wish they would hire more competent workers. I ordered a smoothie and yogurt through the app but it was delivered through DoorDash. They forgot the smoothie and of course neither DoorDash or Tropical wants to own up to it. I called and was told to come get the smoothie even though I placed it for delivery or maybe they could do a refund. If I could have drove then I would have never ordered it for deliver in the first place. Then the worker never took down my name or number and was like “oh yeah i see it right here” I hope she enjoyed the smoothie I paid for. I’ll just start going to the store and making it myself. At least then I can get what I paid for.
*** she could have just sent it out. When Pizza Hut forgot something with my order, they apologized and sent it out through DoorDash. I had to do nothing
