I've been staying near by and have been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but it is just disgusting there the counters were sticky and you can see where to half wiped off food. The photo of the counter is one of the cleaner spots. I tried to let that go but the waitress was rude then when she forgot my silverware she goes over and picks it up from the caddy realized it wasn't clean wiped it down with a napkin and brought them to me. Then she grabs the food bareheaded without washing her hands. That was horrific.

Really??? WoW first time ever trying a waffle house might never give it a second chance, my co-worker and i walked in waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before the cashier offered us any service after we placed our order she continues to yell orders at the cook to which he didn't even seem to care as he just went about his business, from the looks of the quality of food we received it looks like he doesn't have the passion for cooking. The picture of the food was taken before eating, it was just moved together to one side to show the portions.

This is the dirtiest place i have visited in jackson, terrible service, and bad atmosphere.When I arrived at the place, it was 90% of the tables without clearing, plates and cups were everywhere but the floor was looking like they threw food and napkins everywhere was so nasty even walk in there,The manager was sitting at the bar yelling and yelling, but she was doing nothing even my server wasn't paying attention to what I will order because the manager was yelling at her while she pas taking my order. When I received my coffee, I noticed something wrong. The cup was sticky like they just recycled it without washed. I hope the corporates pay more attention on how the employees behave and how they don't take care of the business.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast after leaving the airport. I ordered a Texas chicken melt and requested sautéed mushrooms to be added to it, but they were left off and she brought them out on a plate after I alerted her to it. A regular waffle and apple juice. Service was OK. I was not treated by everyone, but right after I was seated, the next couple was greeted by every staff member. I don’t think there’s a need to point out how we differed in appearance, besides the fact that they were older, so I won’t ?. The waffle was prepared well THE FIRST TIME.Anyhoo! It’s a Waffle House like any other.
Stopped in on our trip to McComb. Good food and excellent service.Kid-friendliness: This place has high chairs for children. Also kids meals. Smaller servings for children.

On December 19th, 2023 me and my family came out here to this Waffle House after we picked up and family member from the airport. We walked in and the restaurant wasn't clean at all, workers were in there vehicles. Tables weren't clean off. But people are kind here.
