I ordered senior breakfast with waffle and sausage. The waffle didn’t taste good. The they fixed another waffle but same problem. The taste was not tolerable. I ate a few bites only. They blamed the waffle iron. I paid the $5.50 they didn’t offer to discount the waffle. Just said it wasn’t then it was the waffle iron. Not satisfied with this answer.

To go order. Food was OK. Charged almost $4 for to go order service charge/supply fee. This is absurd especially considering my $4 didn't even get syrup put in the bag for the waffle plus a tiny coffee cup AND you have to go there to place the order (they don't answer the phone and no online ordering option).Customer SERVICE is disappearing so fast in today's world. Won't be going back to this Waffle house.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I believe Kend is the manager. He has a poor attitude. He purposely did not service us and ignored us while we sat and waited on someone to serve us. I did not appreciate the way he treated me or my family. No one took our drink order or even came by the table to let us know they would be over, so we left. I normally never have a problem with Waffle House but the service here was disappointing and Kend’s attitude is distasteful. Hopefully they can work on communicating with customers better in the future.

Came into the restaurant to two dirty tables. No big deal. We pick one, take a seat. Not two minutes later we are getting yelled at from across the restaurant by maybe a manager. To get up from the table because it's not wiped. We happily stand and move to the side slightly confused but willing. The female server then comes over. Very sweet. Apologetic. Wipes the table and takes our order. Not two minutes later the same "manager" from before comes over yelling at us to get up and move to different table that even after our order is taken he is closing our section. Our food was fine. I'd just never be expected to be treated like that. No matter how short staffed.

Not only did we not order eggs on the sausage, egg & cheese egg bowl on two of the orders but the Orange Juice container looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in DAYS! The waitress working this shift was not only complaining about the job & pay & unfocused. I do not know her name as she didn’t wear a name tag. We sat in Waffle House for over an hour. This Waffle House usually is on point, but this waitress held up everything as well.
