Ordered delivery, didn’t get my biscuit, no ketchup, and they gave me Dr Pepper when I asked for coke and hi c, if you didn’t have those things you should have CONTACTED ME and asked if I wanted to substitute?? Also bro WHERE IS MY KETCHUP HOW TF AM I GONNA EAT THESE DRY ASS FRIES NO KETCHUP???

The food at Wendy's is ok for fast food, but the staff is not up to par, I was given someone else order and when I told the person who was working the window she became upset with me, she acted as if I had made the mistake. I also ordered a frosty with the combo that I ordered and I had to ask for it, she rudely said that I hadn't ordered a frosty, the thing is she was looking at the wrong order.

They told us to pull to the side for a ten peice nugget meal at 1051 pm we waited till 11:30 before we drove around to get our food they forgot about us completely and when we went back to check on the order they was laughing about how they forgot us and wasn't paying attention to use explaining our meals

Ordered thru the app and had customized my asiago chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. They asked me to pull into parking lot as they were making it fresh and it would be a few more minutes. I waited 15 minutes before finally getting food after several people had picked up their orders during that time. I had placed this order on my way to work and was about to be late so when they brought me my order finally, I thanked them and left. Once I got to work, I checked my sandwich and got so mad. They made me wait for a plain chicken sandwich.. not only was there no lettuce or tomato but nothing else. I'm unable to go back since I'm at work and couldn't contact help thru the app. Don't tell me your making my food fresh and take 15 minutes to do so and not get it right but abhorrentely wrong. What is the point of spending the money to order an Asiago chicken sandwich to just get a plain chicken sandwich? While this spot is closest to my job, I'd rather go out of my way to another location to get my order right. What a joke this place is.

Went through drive thru around 7:45pm 2/4. Decided to grab something quick after running errands for hours. Did not even want wendys bc i don’t like it but that’s all my fiancé wanted. He ordered a double bacon king. Most likely got a deluxe cheeseburger??? idk but he doesn’t eat any of it. He told me to call and get refund bc we have terrible luck everytime we get something out but never call or leave review. The guy that answered was sweet and told me he’d get his manager. I only wanted a refund on his order bc mine was right even tho ugh it looked disgusting. Manager said “ well they ain’t getting a refund unless they bring the food back” We were not going back since we drove all the way home. So we hung up. $26 dollars wasted and his meal was $15. Anyways sorry for being a karen ig but why can’t any fast food place just be nice or get our food right especially when it’s that much.

It was Christmas Eve and we had taken our grands to a movie and stopped by for lunch. There was only one person taking orders for the inside and she would take the order and then disappear to get that order ready completely before taking the next order. All the other employees were working the drive thru. Very insufficient! We got tired of waiting and left.
