It was very messy, but they said it was crazy in there previously. The food was good and the lady who helped us was very nice. When we were about done, we noticed the guy in the kitchen went to the bathroom. Shortly after the girl that helped us, went outside. The girl finally came in, went to the bathroom, and the guy came out of the bathroom and went outside. While all of this was going on, we heard a continuous dinging noise and realized someone was in the dt waiting to order, and kept saying hello. I thought there was someone else surely back there to help, but noone ever answered the DT. The guy finally came back in and the girl still hadn't came back, when we left. They were gone a very long time and the customer(s) were waiting for a very long time and ended up leaving.

Sitting in line for 15 minutes for two chicken wraps only to find out it’s two taco flour tortilla shells with a little chicken, tender in it with no sauce no nothing and it also had a bone in it. Call back to complain. The manager kept putting me on hold to deal with other people And wouldn’t even pay attention. I think y’all need new staff up there. This was horrible. I won’t be back. This is one of Hardee's better locations. It's clean, the food comes out quickly and hot off the grill. Also, the staff is nice to me.
