For the price point the food is good. It's The cheapest way to feed a lot of people for sure. The service is generally good as well.

The customer service is terrible and the service is slow. The person at the window seemed a little rude when saying things. I won’t be coming back. The woman the was at the window told my mom to pull up because our order wasn’t ready yet and we sat there for a good 30 minutes. So my mom went in and the cashier then said the orders been ready so I don’t understand why she didn’t bring it out to us. And what really ticked me off was that she brought several other customers their food and passed by us several times and she looked at us each time. I feel as that was a little discriminated because we were black.

I’m going to take ya’ll back to around 1999. I have three siblings and my mom worked the night shift. Back then, when we asked for fast food we rarely got it, but she would make it herself at home. It was delicious, but I didn’t get a toy, cookie, balloon or crown. The night shifts started taking a toll and mama heard there was a place you could get like 12 large pizzas for $10. It was the best thing ever! Mama got some rest and we were satisfied. Living with 2 older brothers can be traumatizing for many reasons, but we usually had leftovers for at least a day or 2. Fast forward, I am a divorced mother of 2 daughters that only eat pepperoni and cheese pizza from Lil Caesars. They call it Lil C. I ordered the EXTRA MOST BESTEST PEPPERONI PIZZA and an order of CRAZY PUFFS. My total order was $20.87. Moms, tell me, “where they do that at in 2024?” I am going to answer for you, “no where”. They said there was something different about the crust and toppings. It was better than before and they demolished every morsel. I ate the pepperoni puffs for the first time and it was a puff of joy in my ?! It costs only $3.99 and is the perfect size for lunch. My taste buds exploded with the saltiness of the pepperoni, the caramelized cheese on top, gooey cheese in the inside. The dough was light and fluffy. I would really like to see them expand their Crazy Puff line. I said all that to say…Kudos to Lil Caesars corporate for providing a quality product and affordable prices for generations. This economy sucks, but I don’t mind spending my $ with a company that cares about the customer. Lil Caesars is the pizza company for the people!

The food was great for the first time in a long time! The young man working the window on Monday, June 10th at 745pm deserves a raise! He was one of the most polite employees there ever! If not the only one! Only flaw, the pizzas weren't cut all the way..we do usually always ha e to recut the pizzas when we get home

Got my order wrong in drive through super easy order too.. One Cheese pizza they gave me cold pep and 2 crazy breads both where like rubber extra greasy, one cheese stick. Everything was super greasy, like more than usual. We didn't realize the cheese pizza was pep til we got home.Just check your order, we don't go here often an won't again.
