I'm not sure what earns five stars, but Los Charros may rank among the top 100 conventional Mexican restaurants in America. Nothing too fancy, but definitely very good. I can't imagine what you did to find yourself in Petal, but it's worth knowing about Los Charros.
Burrito is pretty average, the beef is a bit tough and difficult to bite. The rice part is not particularly amazing either.
