I called ahead of my visit for information about what I planned to buy. The information given to me on the phone was absolutely wrong.I asked whether the potato soup contained pork, and was told that it did not. It's against my faith to consume pork, and so I was understandably upset to find ham in my bowl of soup. I did inform the person that was (apparently) in charge and accepted her apology, but it was a negative experience for me.

My after work, to go order was not taken properly. Upon my arrival home this was discovered. I called and spoke with the manager she agreed to allow me to return the next day after work and she would redo the order.
November 2023
Told cashier wanted extra ranch dressing when ordering. Didn't bring any with the salad, she went and got 2. I told her I needed more, she said, " there is an extra charge " , so I had a big salad with little dressing. Don't know if I will go back or not. May sound petty to some people, but I like a lot of dressing with my salad, and had ask for extra when I ordered.
