I ordered a number 7, plain, upgrading my medium drink to a large. I always sit there a minute to view over the order myself after they read it back to you, assuring that my burgers are plain. I have a bad texture issue with onions, so I try to make sure not to get them. The past three times I've went, I have had an issue with them giving me a plain burger, always adding the onions under the cheese with ketchup and mustard. It's gotten quite annoying as the wait is already bothersome. I'm not sure the issue, it just needs to be dealt with as I see many other people having the same problems

I ordered online and picked up my food on the curbside. I ordered two Mac chickens just for me to eat into my food and it be old. Only thing that is hot is my fry’s. People who order online should not get cold food!

Every year petal has the McRib but when it is time to stop it they have it up on there signs and stuff listing it available but when order it they tell you it is not available which is false advertising to have signs saying it is available but say they don’t have it! Should take all signs down before they quit serving it!!!

DO NOT GO! They refuse to get the food right, almost like they do it on purpose, I ordered food and got no fries and no drinks. How ? I ordered 2 meals. This McDonald’s is always super slow for the food to be inaccurate and horrible quality, this is every single time I go in there

Stopped today to get my 2 year old a happy meal. I found a roach in her cup of tea after she had already drank nearly half of it. Called store multiple times with no answer.

Drove 45 minutes round trip to get my children McDonald’s after a long day. This is the amazing chicken nuggets we got, finding it AFTER getting home! FURIOUS doesn’t begin to cover it! I have tried calling and nobody is answering the phone either, of course! This is a poor excuse for a business, idc if you’re a national chain or not. DO BETTER.

We visit this McDonald's quite often being that my daughter LOVES McDonald's. I must say though, I am extremely disappointed with the service that was received this evening. I usually order curbside for her, but decided to go in this time. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and a cheeseburger for my daughter. I viewed the receipt after noticing the difference in the cost provided and the smaller cup that was handed to us than the one that's usually given. He rang us up for a happy meal, so I politely let him know. He pulled out his phone, did something calculations and gave me back a dollar and some change but tossed it at me. I didn't get upset. I just apologized to him if there was any misunderstanding but he never apologized for his mistake. He changed out the cup size and put the receipt in my daughter's cup! He was rude and even with me attempting to be understanding, he acted like it was my fault that he rang up something different from what we asked for. She will definitely not be getting McDonald's anytime soon again if this is the only one that we will be near. Bless his heart .
