20 min wait times and that’s with no one in line , if there’s a line you may as well forget it , rude poor customer service, will be at the speaker and be told wait a second and 5 cars order food on the other side and go in front of you, if you gotta be somewhere don’t stop here or make sure you give yourself a extra hr to wait at McDonald’s for a coffee

I wouldn't recommend this dump.to anyone. Time is not of the essence here. Wait time is ridiculous, food is cold and never accurate, customer service is non existent and I would rather eat a MRE before spending another dime at this McDonald's.

Extremely rude, order wrong, missing items, and very unprofessional atmosphere. 50.00 in food and nothing was right. This is not just one time but multiple times by us and lots others. They need new management and to replace orders messed up.

Dine in is not prioritized . I did a mobile order and waited 30 minutes while drive thru orders were managed accordingly, do not eat in order through drive thru and then come inside .

I have held off from writing a review as I have grown up going to the Petal McDonalds and have never had an issue, however. The last 3 times I have come to McDonalds and ordered I have sat and waited for longer than 30 minutes at a curbside pickup just to get my food. The first time this happened there was no record of my order except for my receipt, to prove I had ordered, so needless to say my order was never made. The second time they just said there was a hold on my order and that was it, I received my food 30 minutes later. This time I was asked if I wanted my receipt and when I said “yes ma’am, please.” She told me it did not print out, so I went own because I could see she was struggling and I heard the printer make a weird sound so it sounded like there was a paper jam, I got up to the second window and they told me there was a hold on my order and to wait at #5. I ordered at 2:24 and it is now 2:52 I just called to get an update and they said to let them check and they hung up on me. I am not sure what is going on but I didn’t think an order for 3 McDoubles or an order for 1 sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle and two burritos or an order for a snack wrap meal was that big of a deal. These were the orders that were placed for the three times I went they were not all placed at the same time.

This McDonald’s use to be great. But here lately everytime we go they pull everyone up to wait for their food. There’s always 5+ cars waiting. I guess they don’t communicate with who they pulled where because the people bringing the food out try to give you 3 wrong orders before bringing you yours. I know customers can get rude; I’ve seen two teenagers crying running the food because this system is so messed up. Do better. Those poor employees.

Every time I visit this location, I’m asked to pull around and wait in a designated spot—while drive-thru cars continue to get their orders quickly. I usually end up waiting 10–20 minutes, and it feels like they forget about the people who were told to pull ahead.

The last time I went, they even brought out the wrong order. I let them know, and then waited another 10 minutes… only for no one to come out at all. At that point, the drive-thru was completely empty, and I still hadn’t gotten the right food. I ended up just leaving without it.

It’s frustrating to pay for something, wait that long, and get ignored. This keeps happening, and it definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

Went there yesterday to get a fish sandwich combo with unsweetened tea. I was flabbergasted at the fish sandwich that was half the size it used to be. I looked like a kids meal sandwich. The unsweetened tea I got was water with tea coloring thrower at it with a ton of sugar in it. Threw the sugar tea away, ate the mini fish sandwich after having to rearrange everything onto the mini bun. Scheduled to be somewhere or they would have gotten it all back.
My 1st bad review anywhere.
I was very disappointed at the waist of money.
Supposed to be 2 stars not three.

The manager Shelby did an absolutely fantastic job handling an issue we had with our order on 6/23 due to ownership change. The restaurant closed early so we weren’t able to get the food remade, but she was extremely helpful and worked with us to get things fixed the next day. Always have a great experience at this location and glad to have a manager that was willing to help on a crazy day. Thank you Shelby keep doing great!
