The service is slow as ever but friendly. The food is average but convenient (definitely not fast). It could always use a good wipe down. I normally go inside to get my order because the drive-thru can be a nightmare.

have waited an hour for a 16 count nugget and 2 burgers!!! this is crazy i have never in my life received such horrible service don’t ever come here. they keep handing out wrong orders to everyone then taking them back this is outrages never coming back!!!!

Unless you have 40 minutes to wait on your food, a sit down restaurant really is a quicker option. After I received my order I tested the wait time for 1 ranch sauce and 2 hot mustard on a separate order. 25 minutes to put three sauces in a bag. Bought experience is best. 1 and done for me

I dont know if the new owners are incompetent or just dont care that the service (if you want to call it that ) has taken an unexpected (because I personally didnt think it could be worse than it was ) nose dive my last few trips have had missing food wrong items been cold and getting stale or just thrown together like a toddler made it. I get it you dont care because people will always come for the mighty golden arches but my God if you're going to charge $10 for a nugget or 2 for a simple cheeseburger 🍔 atleast try to get something right.

Got charged $1.74 for a medium water showed up on the receipt as a medium tea. Second day ordered another medium water got charged. The same amount went in. Talk to him about it said it would be fine to be charged for it but they just need to tell me that they’re charging me $1.74 for water And not show up on the receipt as iced tea. Third day which is about a week and a half later give them time to talk about it in there happens again so they didn’t talk about it didn’t train people on what to do when somebody orders a medium water and they want to charge for it. It’s just deceptive marketing really
They manage to mess up something every time. Tonight petal McDonald’s put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag but didn’t put the 10 piece nugget in there.

Worst quarter pounder with cheese I’ve ever had today!! They told me to pull up as they were waiting for them to come up. Tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The meat was like leather and the cheese like plastic. You need to do better McDonalds of Petal!!

I've changed my review I go to McDonald's mostly every morning to get a senior coffee which is good 👍 but the bathroom isn't clean the garbage is overfilled It's hard to get a person to come to the front counter to help you so I just go through the drive thru .and the employees aren't busy at that time hardly any customers because it's 5am when I go by there maybe the place is dirty from the night crew I don't know but it seems like someone could be cleaning. there's one particular employee I don't know her name but she's very good .the manage should pay a visit to see how things look and clean up
