I am a DoorDasher and this is my first time DoorDashing in Petal and I promise I will never do it again after how Pizza Hut treated me. I pulled up to the drive-through two different times, and sat there for minutes before anyone approached me, and it took me to call inside the store to ask them if they were gonna come to the window to serve me before they even came. The man on the phone was confused on why they hadn’t came to the window and the woman that did come was dry with poor customer service. Never again.

I ordered delivery and they were very quick about getting my pizzas to me. Although, I could've waited a few extra minutes to have gotten a pizza that was completely cooked. Bread sticks were great.

Pizza was dry! Nothing but dough, cheese and meat!! The wings was hard and no meat, nothing but crust. I called to speak with the manager and she told me … her exact words “your pizza was not dry and because my son ate 3 pieces without me knowing at first that she could not do anything. I spent almost $20 on something I could not eat. I told her I’ll bring it back so she could see and I was told no I’ll have to call and talk to someone else tomorrow. I’ve been at both my jobs today and had not eaten anything. At this time of the night. So, I’m going to bed hungry and my money took. From this day moving forward I’ll go to Dominoes or Hunts Brothers before I give my money away for something I can’t eat! Petal, Ms

The pizzas looked like flat wheels, hardly no toppings. I ordered 3 pizzas. You couldnt eat the ham on the hawaii pizza it was like a lil rock. They changed from Canadian bacon to diced ham. The meat lovers had 2 meats on it and didnt have much of either meat on it. The pepperoni was so dry the kids didnt even hardly eat it. When kids dont eat a pepperoni pizza it's got t ok b bad!!! I called manager and she was very rude and said I should of called within 24 hrs, I did but they were closed for Thanksgiving. Called the very next morning and I was talked to very short and she didnt care. I never got any of my 70.00 back or no pizzas. I will g ok to DOMINOS from now own. They will make it rite if something's wrong....

Always loved pizza hut. The petal store is great . Easy in and easy out ..quick and done correctly..hot and good ...only complaint..they charge to much for extra sauces ..that is it ...good location. Friendly
The Pizza Hut in Petal, MS is well-run, personable and professional. My most recent pie was hot, fresh and delicious! (chef's kiss) I highly recommend it.

Manager read a similar but incorrect address when I ordered on the phone. I corrected the address and told her to change it in the system. She did not correct it and still sent the driver to the address I had told them was wrong. I wouldn’t have been bothered enough by the late delivery of cold food to leave this review if it hadn’t looked like the driver- who I had already tipped over 25% on top of the delivery fee- deliberately smashed it on the way.

The woman who took my order was polite and professional. She repeated back my order. The pizzas arrived in about 25 minutes. The delivery driver was dressed for the job. She was efficient and very polite. Great customer service! Thank you!
