Poor service and the employees were high on something when I drove up to the window the guy who took my order had cocaine dripping from his nostrils couldn't get my order correct and charged me for the wrong order tried calling but got no answer... can't believe we have people like that preparing food for the public.. never eating at any one of the local subways

My order wasn't delivered. I called the store multiple times where they'd pickup then immediately hang up. There's no other way to reach them. I'll have to dispute it with my bank.

This place changed ownership recently and things are not as good. Coupons are out, sandwiches are not as good as they were, service is slower, and not as clean as it was under previous owners. Recipe for failure !!

Been getting subs here for a while , they are usually pretty good..just ordered one and got home to eat it and realized that it was the skimpiest sub I ever had , half of it was just bread and onions , I tried to call three times and got no answer so I rode back up there and asked why and they said it was a new employee and they were teaching portions, so yall are training new employees to short your customers, dissatisfied and dissapointed, if I pay 13 bucks for a sub I expect to have meat in every bite

I took two coupons in they said they didn't except them. I asked about the other store out near Walmart they said they didn't except em either. As much as everything has gone up these days those coupons subway sends residents in the mail help alot.

The two guys working were very friendly, made great sandwiches, and kept it clean in the dining. The grass is a lil grown up outside. At first glance they looked closed down. Walk in tho & they had the glass closed down so the food was covered. The guys were both welcoming. We had actually broke down in their parking lot. After being there a while & walking back n forth to go to parts store I had revisited inside two more times. I explained why I was still there, no problem. I had to go back in & but more drinks & bought a guy who had stopped to help a sub also. Jus very nice pep working & working hard at it! Thanks!

Pretty sad they decided to not accept coupons. Whatever…as Subway corporately is struggling you would think the locals would do everything to attract business. Plus put up a sign on the door you don’t accept coupons and at the least, be kind if a customer is standing there with coupons in their hand. Maybe a Jimmy John’s will rent the building when you’re gone.

Honestly, good food and good service, what killed the petal locations for me is that they don't accept coupons anymore, and I'm not driving out of my way to go to a location in Hattiesburg, when these locations start accepting coupons again I'll rate higher
