This locations employees never get the orders made right. I made an online order and two of my sandwiches were toasted when they weren't supposed to be and the one that was supposed to be toasted was burnt and I had to tell the two young gentlemen that I was not taking that because they clearly were still going to try and give it to me burnt and all. They were out of mayonnaise so the sandwiches were dry.

I have ordered from here two days in a row! I let it slide the first day when my sandwich order was completely wrong, but again today, completely WRONG! And I can’t call bc the phone is not working so I have to drive all the way back. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Will never order here again! How do you mess up a mobile order when everything is right in front of you?!??

I didn’t eat here. My kids and I were waiting in our car for our pizza. My youngest needed to use the bathroom and we walked into this subway and Cheryl (or maybe Sheryl, not sure how she spells it) greats us right away and I tell her we were not getting anything but I asked her if my daughter could use the bathroom. She quickly tells us we can. She is super nice and it was very clean!

The guy was so forgiving my order everything I said and then had the nerve to tip him dam self ? then you can figure out how to get it back on my card so he made me spend more money than I should have bs..

Just go to the one by the railroad, much cleaner and won’t make you feel like a burden for spending your money there. Manager Dewayne wouldn’t stop lecturing and yelling at coustmers and her workers. Not using gloves. Coughing over the food.

Does anyone else have a problem calling this Subway ?? How do u contact them if u get home on the other side of Petal & it's messed up?? Not driving back today, need to let them know NOW, not tomorrow. DO BETTER SUBWAY!!

This was the cleanest Subway that I had ever seen. The sandwich prep area was excellent and the veggies were fresh. Very pleased with my order.
