If it was possible to actually receive all the food I ordered and pay for that would be great. I have never actually received everything that I ordered from this location. This place is unsatisfactory and a disappointment.

This is the third time in a row that we ordered from Taco Bell in Petal and didn’t receive what we ordered/or food was missing. My gut told me to check the bag, but regretfully, I did not.
Around 9PM we placed an order for 3 soft shelled taco supremes, 3 nacho cheese Doritos taco supremes, 2 large drinks and a steak and cheese burrito.
Instead we got a bean burrito, steak and cheese burrito, 2 nacho cheese Doritos tacos. (Not supreme) and one hard shell taco.
Messing up our order twice in a row is one thing. But three times, when there’s no other customers to serve? I just don’t understand…
I don’t think I will be going back here again.

Food was kinda old looking the staff was very rude and when I told my friends that they where being rude I went to throw my trash away a employee says “ hope y’all enjoyed I heard everything you said “ all I said was they where rude 2/10 I don’t think I would want to go back .The staff was very loud and couldn’t hear over them.

On the receipt name says Lakesha H. She was extremely rude as I was placing my order. Repeated my order back entirely wrong. When we got to the window she was still rude...before we left we checked our food and of course it was wrong. A heavy set white girl with glasses came to the window. Snatched the food, slammed the window gave it back no apologies or anything...wrong job if u dont like working with the public😒

I have been craving Taco Bell for several days. I happen to be down here in Petal so I thought I'd go into the local Taco bell. First thing I noticed was that the stereo was set to nothing but commercials from Sirius XM. The air conditioner must have not been working because it was quite warm in the dining room. There were three workers at the front arguing and ignoring customers. Then one of the workers pulled out a snare drum.. yes literally a drum. He then proceeded to play on it for about a minute. I just got up and walked out. Some advice if you want to go to Taco Bell avoid the one in Petal. Also the Arby's across the street is really nice.

Seriously, how hard can it be to teach your staff how to roll a burrito the way Taco Bell has been doing the same way for decades? Every time, I mean every time, I get served a burrito from this store, it looks like crap shoved into a dirty sock!!!
I ordered chicken burritos and tacos. When I opened them up I couldn’t fine any chicken. I called the Taco Bell manager and was told tha they have to use a small spoon to measure the chicken. Less food, but same price. This is a real rip off! Also, the first chicken burrito turnout to be only bean one. I have lived here for six years and I always check my order before I leave because about 75% is wrong in one way or another. I love Taco Bell, but I giving up on this locator.

I usually get the nuggets. Literally the only thing I get from here for my son. This is what I got today. I pulled up to the window to pay. She took my money asked me could I pull all the way up then back up to the window. When I asked why, she had an attitude. She then says “just do it.” I said ok. The other girl acted like they were trying to look at my car since its a Mach E. I said ok. I did. Then the other girl came up and said they had a “ghost car”. Whatever that meant. They needed to reset the clock. I asked for fire ranch and they gave me bell sauce. When I asked she was like, “oh we out.” when I got home my poor kid was forced to throw all this crap in the trash. None of it was edible. They were either hard little burnt pieces of flour or burnt tiny bits of chicken. I'm so disappointed. I guess I'll have to hold up the line next time and check my food for quality or just not come back. -.- I can no recommend at this time.

Just go to another location. My food was emptied into the bottom of the bag soaked in sauce everything was cold and service was rude and slow.
