Place an order online at 11:00 PM for me and my fiancé since we both worked late today .. online order was a build your own Deluxe Box for the both of us. We showed up went through the drive through. Soft taco and Cheesy Gordita crunch was requested to be no lettuce. Both had lettuce even tho it was a small amount like they scrapped it off principle still stands. That was just one part I’m writing this review because in our boxes we ordered the cheeses fiesta Potato’s the drive through did not inform us at the speaker nor at the window nor the online portion that the store didn’t have these available. my fiancé checked our orders and it wasn’t till i brought the food back in to be fixed that they informed us that they couldn’t sell the Fiesta Potato’s to us due to them being short on boxes. However they offered to fix my food by supplementing it with soft tacos. I feel as tho the staff and store could have informed us at the window or on the speaker of the issue instead of waiting till i saw my order was messed up. poor customer service on beginning half For sure

This taco bell genuinely sucks. The employees genuinely ALWAYS have the absolute worst attitudes. They mess up orders so often it feels deliberate and out of spite. And don’t even THINK about ordering chips and cheese or nacho fries - because they will fill that cheese cup far less than halfway every single time. Burritos are made like a toddler was experimenting in the kitchen after mom left for 2.5 seconds. Tacos are cold. And the ATTITUDE!!! It’s insane. This taco bell was one of the BEST three years ago. Management has gotten lazy.

Servers were pleasant enough but looked miserable and inside was uncomfortably warm. Tried to eat what we ordered and gave up, couldn't make the fruit drink and fountain was just wrong warm fountain and no ice. I am not a picky eater and 1 bite of a doritos locos taco and I knew we messed up.

10/19/2025. I can't believe the service I'm getting this morning. Literally all of our orders were made wrong (mine had sour cream, my sisters lacked extra sauce, etc) and when we asked to have the food remade we were met with distasteful and down-right rude service, where the manager was snappy and overall unwelcoming. Will not becoming back.

I dashed some food for MY CHILD how yall not gonna put no meat on a taco. The cinnamon twist taste like cardboard and I asked for no ice and everything is literally cold as ice that don’t make no sense if I could, I will give you negative stars I work in fast food so it’s not that hard If it was me, I probably wanna have cared, but this is literally for a child

Ordered 4 burritos were only given 3 and told we had to wait 45 minutes for the 4th also told that we couldn’t have a refund… ridiculous
Dine in order on a Sunday afternoon.Hard taco shell was VERY broken and the Crunch Wrap Supreme had all the cheese on one side, not distributed evenly. Friendly staff, slow service. Dining room and bathrooms could use regular checking for messes/missing paper products, etc. The bathroom had no tp in the tp holder, it was sitting atop the dispenser-gross.

One of the works went to my fiance and said that I had bed bugs on me which was a lie and they gave us the wrong food I ordered a 2 pack cinnamon buns they gave me a 12 pack and my nephew ordered 2 large drinks they gave him mediums because they claimed they where out of large cups

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in the Taco Bell and all 46 years of my life I paid over $40 for this meal for my family and nothing was correct The double decker tacos which I have been waiting for to return since you remove them I ordered two I wanted them so badly but the shells were completely crushed everything was crushed in the bag it was horrible I wish I could get my money back and I could just just you don't understand how bad this was. The floors were stick as well as all tables were covered in trash

Was excited about the y2k menu, the chili cheese burrito was my fav!! Look at that pitiful thing!! What’s even worse is they told me it was correct. That it’s one scoop per burrito..not an ounce of cheese in sight either. $3 dollars for meat water. Definitely not how they used to be.. also, asked for no lettuce on the taco and since they forget they just scooped it out taking most of the meat and cheese with it. Don’t waste your time even going there today!
