So the reason I only gave it four stars was cuz of lack of space which all of waffle houses have issues with. This place is always packed in the mornings and there's not enough seats. It's an issue with all waffle houses but the service is good,.waitresses take care of you amd the food is hot
I've been seeing this location during my trips in the area and finally decided to stop in and try it out, and it's another Petal business I'll be frequenting again for sure. The food was great, one of the best waffles I've ever had. Customer service was great, which is increasingly rare nowadays. The four stars instead of five was due to the price and the fact that we never got refills on our drinks while eating, but they did ask if we wanted drinks to go,...
The service was excellent even though they were short staffed. A gal that isn't the cook had to take over and cook for us and take orders. She did well. The food was decent. It was freezing cold inside and I couldn't wait to get outside to were it was warm, my only complaint. I'd go back in the future with a parka haha
