Went to get breakfast and lady kept talking over me. They use to ask how you want your platter not they dont and went i tried to tell them both the cashier and im guessing the manager talked over me. They fixed it but manager seemed to have an attitude about it. They said very condescending we are allowed to ask questions.
I used to avoid this Wards because it was so unfriendly. I actually went in on a whim and was so glad the customer service is a MILLION TIMES better. The food is, of course, fast food but a lot better than the major chains. It's friendly, cozy, and a great place to grab a quick bite or to have a sit down meal.
Also after order I thought maybe I’d try the seasoned fries but they would have to rerun the card for the up charge humm ,
If owners are so worried about the smallest charge maybe there is something much larger affecting this customer service experience!
