Had $18.00 bistro burger and fries. Skip it. Burger dry, tasteless and falling apart. Fries mushy from sitting under a lamp for who knows how long. Burger King prob better quality.

The food was not cooked the way we ordered it. We had to flag our waitress down and then she didn’t even bring us our refills. We waited over an hour for our food after waiting 30 minutes just to even get our drinks. Another waitress that was working actually brought us a refill after us asking within 5 minutes. I’ve never had a problem here before but it was terrible today. She definitely did not deserve the $23 gratuity on our bill

Food is ok because they barely have anything worth getting but if you can order from late night menu it's not the full menu at all mostly breakfast food wanted some of the starter items but like said whoever picks things to be carried at these places wow you do not know what you are doing place could be so much nicer than what it is but its never going to happen casino should be making money teying to get people to come to spend money not post that this olace is just awful step above breab and what they dont want hardly serive anything and if you don’t believe any of this come check it out for yourself and post and let me know because having eat penuts bought from store on way down here because who wants to eat the same one thing that I'm able to eat this most likely be last time I'll ever be at this place ever posting anything about how bad it is 3 times and 3 times just yeah you got it come check it out good luck

THE MANAGER NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BE FAst AND SUFFICIENT!! They are very very unprofessional!! The manager does not care how the service is- and they are very very very slow and poor service !!! I rather go to stats sports bar and grill because they seem like they care more about the service unlike bistro 24 !! This is a joke- seriously do not come TO THIS PLACE !!!!MAMA MIA and stars sports bar and grill are much faster and better service hands down!!! Bistro 24 needs a new and better management

No one wanted to come back to our table after my husband join me. No one wanted to smile. We ask for another server to help since ours was waiting on a 10 person table. I have been here for lunch -service was horrible. Breakfast at 10am was Awesome! I cannot remember her name. Finally at dinner another server came over and had smiles and a great personality. As much as food cost getting waited on should be top priority since there are other places to eat.
