The food most of the time is good. I don't eat there but I go to get my 2 little ones chicken nuggets and they must love them cause they always want some but the people who work in the place are very rude. Only one or two ladies are so sweet but I don't hardly see them. And if you go through the drive thru then they will serve in the order they want to. It's not who ordered first gets the food first. It's in going to serve the people I like or I'm serving others before I serve you. I have been ahead of every car and got served last and I think honestly it's because I'm white. I have never been rude to anyone. I don't believe in being mean or rude to my servers cause 2 reasons. 1. Don't mess with people who mess with your food and 2. I have been a server in fast food and I know what that have to deal with and I am so nice and day thank you and have a blessed day even if they serve me last. It's just how I was raised. But I have noticed that it can be me and 4 other cars and I'm the only white. I can even order 2 8 piece nuggets first and everyone else that is African American will get served first then. They take time bringing me my kids food. And or happens just about every time I go there.

Sometimes the order is incorrect; everything added in burgers when requested just meat and bun or meat, cheese and bun… and if you go later in the evening sometimes the cheesy tots are burnt, also the Icee machine is always defrosting… Other than the above issues, that’s all that I have found negative about it.

I honestly have seen police at this place at least 6 times in the last year or two. Seen a fire break out once or twice in the last year or two. When I go. When I did. Food was good though. But I just stay away.

Drive thru worker sounded enthusiastic and when he said YOU RULE! I was amazed. Hot and ready food. Whopper was hot and fries was just out of the grease!! When the drive thru worker offered me the crown I put it right on my dash to show off. Definitely going and everyone go and give it a try. Will not disappoint by their service and great customer satisfaction.

I came to sit inside to eat my food only to realize that the doors were locked at 7:30 p.m.in the evening, ended up going through drive thru, just to only get to the window, and bag up then pull forward. After receiving my food the paper on my sandwichs are very oily heavily soil. In the future I'll get there before 7:00 p.m. next time so that my food would be fresh and the door should be still unlocked. If you're going to lock the doors to the place just shut it down or get the robots to come in and take over maybe they can do better than whose running the show now.

They are open, but all the lights are turned off like they are closed. Not sure why they do that. It’s almost 8:15 PM and the place is completely dark. They are “open.”
