If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. This Burger King has single-handedly soured my experience for Burger King nationwide, and I will no longer be a patron for this restaurant. During the past 3 weeks, I have showed up on a Friday at 3pm, a Tuesday at 6pm, and another Friday at 9pm, just trying to get the Fiery Buffalo Wrap, and all three times I was told that they are either out of chicken or no longer cooking chicken for the day. Defeated, I tried to order a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and was told they aren’t making anymore bacon. Finally, I tried to order a ten piece nugget and never heard back from the rude lady on the speaker. I said “Hello?” five times and then left. I’ve had this issue with this specific Burger King for years now, but decided to give them another chance when the new wraps were introduced. I learned my lesson. There’s a reason this establishment is the least visited one in Philadelphia, and this is the reason why. Either the management needs to be swapped out, or their employees need to be better trained. I was a DM for a fast food restaurant in Huntsville, AL, and I would never allow my restaurant to operate at this minimal and abysmal capacity.

The burgers were very good but the girl on drive thru was rude and hateful. She told us to back up so it didn't mess with the timer that rates her speed then she motioned to go forward but she wanted us to go past the window & we did but she gave the 3 cars behind us their food & we are still waiting. All we ordered was 2 #4s and #4 burger only. It's not like we had a huge order but we were the only Caucasians present. I don't expect special treatment just fair treatment.

The fountain dispenser literally sprays black mold. And at 1:30 workday afternoon, there should be no reason for cold food and fries. DO NOT EAT HERE; you are now warned.

They say there open 24 hrs but there not
Worse place to eat at by far! A brick wall has a better chance of get your order right then this Burger King. Just stay away if this place!
