On Wednesday , April 17, 2024 , I placed a pickup order using the Dickey’s App . On it it has a place where you can leave special instructions about your order . On the Brisket Sandwich , I left instructions to slice the brisket across the grain ! Anybody that loves brisket knows that in a brisket the grain of the meat runs in two different directions ( perpendicular to the other ) . If you cut it with the grain , the. Meat is stringy like spaghetti and it tough to chew . Whereas if cut across the grain , it’s flaky like catfish and super tender ! Well I had my order picked up by one one else and when they brought it to me , I discovered that it was cut with the grain instead of across the grain as ordered . It’s even on my receipt that it’s to be cut across the grain . I was very disappointed ! I called several times and had to leave messages for the manger to call me because nobody will answer the phone there . And as of 3:03 on Saturday, no one had called me yet !The taste was good and the pulled pork my wife got was also very good but my brisket being cut Smith the grain wax as tough as shoe leather ! They need to train their meat cutter in the proper way to slice brisket !
The food was not bad but it was fairly expensive. The customer service was about average. For the price, I would have expected better overall experience.

I had the pick three meats plate. I got chicken, pork, and brisket. I got Mac n cheese and green beans as my sides. Also got a piece of pecan pie.Overall food was good. All the meats were cooked perfectly and had good seasoning. I tried two of the different sauces offered, both were good.For the cost, the plate came with plenty of food.The pecan pie was ok. It’s definitely not home made.Would recommend eating here if you want some quick barbecue

One star given only because the review requires it. Other wise, negative 5. Online order placed for 2 pounds of pulled pork, regular sauce and 4 small spicy sauces (receipt attached). They gave me 2 pounds of pulled pork and the equivalent of 1/2 cup of regular sauce and 1 pint of spicy sauce (3rd picture). I called the restaurant asking why I wouldn't have gotten a container of sauce per pound of meat. The person answering the phone was rude and argumentative. I didn't expect this from the manager. In a previous purchase, chicken and pulled pork were purchased and two pint size container's were received. One pint for each order? I was told I didn't specify two orders of regular bbq sauce and that I got more spicy. The last picture is how much was used of each. We still have 1 pound of pull pork, remaining. They are stingy with the secret sauce. The food is too expensive to take this kind of abuse from employees and management.

Little wait cause they cut the meat to order. So worth the wait. Everyone was so nice. Would love to go back. Had to get a go box after eating. Large portion in my opinion. Sides were so good. Fave was mac and cheese. Got the brisket and sausage .

The brisket was cut in huge chunks and tasted like the a** end of a rhinoceros. The potato salad was bland and cold as ice . My wife got the chicken breast plate with potato salad and slaw . Same thing. I tasted hers and it was horrible as well . $36 down the drain.

Impressed from the time I walked through the door. Clean and spacious. What I ordered was delicious. 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket. Order of wings on the side. Ribs were tender, brisket flavoral and wings were hot out the oil. Not one complaint. Keep up the good work.

DO NOT! I ordered online curbside. I came to get my order and the lady had an attitude when I called in the store. She actually hung up in my face. When she did come out with my food, it was literally thrown in the bag and had wasted. When I pointed it out, she snatched my bag and took it back inside. I walked in, asked for a refund very politely, she refused and redid my food. I get back to the car and open my food, the fries were not even done. The Texas toast was nothing more than a slice of bread with butter slapped on it. I left a tip and all and this is the best service they could provide? I will never be back! This particular location gives this chain a bad reputation.
