Took an hour for the driver to get to our house, and then the driver had an attitude saying the pizza just came out of the oven, called the Philadelphia, MS location and the kept putting us on hold, worst service ever, then gave our order for $12.00, should have been free!!! ?

What I appreciate about this dominoes location is the consistency, whether it's pick up or delivery. I know what to expect and they rarely mess any of my orders, which is saying more than other fast food locations in the area.

Called and ordered meat a pizza. When I got home it was a pepperoni. I paid for the specialty pizza. I live to far to take it back. That was the only compensation they offered to bring it back and they would make it right

The customer service was impeccable. The beverages were nice and cold. The attendent that took my order was really nice, and patient. The pizza I ordered was hot, and fresh. Wanted to order on my phone and then go in and pay but order was over $50.00, I get it, So went in and reordered and the a girl there was name KP she was very helpful and polite. Also going in I was welcomed with a smile and a hello from everyone . The best Dominos I ever visited. I live in rural so can't have delivered but I will be visiting this location again. Please past on to KP and the others they are appreciated.

Tried to order from the Domino's in Philadelphia, Mississippi. The door was locked. They opened the door to tell me I couldn't come in to order, no longer allowed. I thought those days were over? I could only use the drive thru to pick up an order that I called in. I asked if I could just go to the counter to look at the menu board, which I couldn't read from outside. Nope, not allowed. I asked to see a printed menu, nope, don't have one. I asked how I was supposed to order, no advice was given, pretty much told to go away. I walked to McAlister's, went in, enjoyed a nice meal sitting in the dining room.
