I am sitting in Philadelphia, MS Huddle House as I type this. I walked in, only the cashier spoke and welcomed me in. I took a seat all the while waiting on someone to assist me. Three waitresses kept walking past my table with no hello, can I get you something to drink or bring a menu my way!!! They assisted all tables around me the whole time!!! The one young lady that finally asked if I needed assistance had to leave the cash register in order to ask if anyone had assisted me. She took the time to take my order with politeness. Her name is Megan. She deserves a raise!! I’m beyond pissed because it’s senseless that you work in customer service but pick and choose who you will help or not!!!!! 😔😔

Skip This Location it Sucks!! We waited 40 minutes for breakfast, 1 cook NO Management here today. Sorry Management to let their store run like this. When our order came my eggs are slimy cooked, Hashbrowns not cooked correctly. Only received part of order. Waitress says I’m sorry but never asked if I would like something redone. Totally Sucks!!! Skip this place if you’re looking for good food & good service!!
