Visited this restaurant today and ordered breakfast on the app waited the 10 minutes to come through the drive-thru and then was told to go to slot number one and someone was sitting there so we went to number two. The sun was up and it was quite hot on the driver's side coming through the window even with the air conditioner on. We waited 15 more minutes for our order to come out and it never did. My son decided to get out and walk up to the window to check on the order as there was nobody in the drive-thru and we had not seen another customer come through for about 5 minutes. I saw him getting the food and coming back to the car and he told me that they were so glad that he had come to the window. Apparently they had totally forgotten that our order was packed up sitting on the counter and we were sitting out in the parking lot. We decided to find a shaded spot to sit and eat as that is what we had planned on doing. We got to our spot and we had no utensils, and no butter or syrup for the pancakes, that I had specially ordered. I was quite disappointed. The only thing I could eat was a few of the tots and I dipped the biscuit in the gravy. I decided to save everything else till I got home which was about 3 hours later to eat. My son thoroughly enjoyed what he bought which he could eat immediately. I could only give three stars due to that fact that we were totally forgotten about but the bag was sitting there so apparently none of the four or five people there was paying attention.

Jack's is becoming specific when it comes to eating there, everything is not good, once the burgers were spectacular, but they are being put together so quickly not very tasty, chili dogs not good either the chicken is bearable, don't think in all fairness I could recommend anything other than breakfast,

Food is okay. Not 100% the greatest but is good. Biscuits are really dry and flavorless. Other then that. The food is good. Breakfast is meh.. but yeah the service is very nice. Not my favorite place to eat, but it's good. Will come if I have to. Improve the food and make me wanna come more. I appreciate the cleaned and safe and not hot atmosphere. Got a 5 and a 5 for service and atmosphere. Just work on the food a little and other then that it's great. I recommend but yeah needs a few things to work on. Food is the main thing when it comes to reviewing and for fast food. The place can be spotless, but if the food ain't good. Then yeah. Much love. Good luck.

They leave items off of your DoorDash order but still charge you for the items then you have to pay more money if you want a second delivery of the item they charged you for but didn’t send the first time!

Modern. The TV is playing soap operas, this makes the place depressing. Turn off or remove the TV, do a little more cleaning. It will make a big difference in the atmosphere.

I'm from Alabama, and I love Jack's.The power went out today due to the storm, and I asked my husband if we could pick up some fried chicken from Jack's.I'm sorry I did. This food we got was not what I am used to. The chicken was old and dried out,The gravy was water thin, cold, and just 1/3rd filled?The coleslaw tasted off. Not like coleslaw dressing, but like watery mayonnaise.So, we didn't eat any of those things, just fed them to the chickens.The mashed potatoes were okay, but again, only 1/2 filled?I was able to place both large orders of mashed potatoes into one container.Thankfully, the power came back on and we made dinner out of the biscuits (which were good) mashed potatoes what little there was, and I made some quick scrambled eggs and salad.I'm really upset to spend almost 50 dollars just to have to give most of it to the animals.Please do better.
