Came back to see if the place improved... doesn't seem so... Ordered and the coffee was good. My biscuit was overcooked. My husband said his was under, but he liked it like that. The hash browns were super super good. 5* on them alone. The place was cleaned. Service at the ordering counter was nice. They were having a loud and very noisy interview session in the middle of the restaurant. Was like 7 or so people sitting all together..They were laughing and loud.. kept staring at everyone. Was very uncomfortable.

I didn't take pictures.. I usually do, but I felt so uncomfortable.. kinda just wanted to leave.
I do not recommend coming here... Hopefully when I go back in 6 or 7 months.. things will change. I want to be able to put a 4 or 5***** up! Come on Jacks! Gonna come back maybe and try the wings. We like the food here, but everybody I know, including us, doesn’t like eating inside. The lobby and dining area is kept so cold- like 60 degrees cold. There is only 3 seats outside. as soon as we went to walk in the restaurant today, there were some people sitting outside and they warned us how cold it was- of course, we already knew because we’ve eaten here before and were just here the day before. if they would regulate the dining area to a more reasonable temperature, I would change my review to a five star.

Very poor quality. Went on Saturday Feb 1st. Saw a worker give family or friends free food. Front counter person doesn’t know what’s on sandwiches. We waited 20 minutes to order than 30 minutes to receive the poor quality food. Manager doesn’t seem attentive to detail.
Jack's Has The Best Tasting Fried Chicken Tenders I Have Tasted In Many Long Years! I Eat Here Everytime Im in the Area; There Italian Green Beans Are Really Tasty Too Along with Their Biscuits and Cole Slaw Needs A little Bit More Mayo But Ive Always Added More When I Got Home So Its All Good All The Way Around!

This Establishment Hands Down Has The Very Best Tasting Fried Chicken,Italian Green Beans,Biscuits And Their Cole Slaw Isnt Bad Tasting Either But Could Use More Mayo! Their Prices are Reasonable and Everytime Ive Gone Here The Place Has Been Clean.. I Would Refer This Place To Anyone That Wants To Eat Some Tasty Foods at At Affordable Prices!

Good food. Service can be slow. However they beat the socks of some of the other places in town, looking at you Sonic on North Hills.
