I keep calling & asking if the store that I order from in Philadelphia has BBQ wings & I'm told they are out. So today they said yes so I ordered from the app & also a pot pie. When I got there they didn't have the pot pie & when I got home I had hot wings no BBQ!

I used the website to order my food. When I went to pick it up, they told me they had just given it away to a DoorDasher. I didn’t use DoorDash and my order was for pick up. They kept saying the delivery driver was probably on the way to my house, but 1) it wasn’t for delivery and 2) I didn’t provide an address. Then, they raised their voices at me and said it wasn’t their fault and they wouldn’t remake MY food. I left and will never be back.

Half our order was fresh, other was old & cold. Not that clean. Service was extremely slow from placing order to getting order. Wasn’t very busy. A few months ago I would brag how great food & service was.

The food sucks at KFC in Philadelphia ms ordered thru drive thru my 2 piece chicken was dry and not cooked enough and biscuit was hard. This was at 3 today. My money worth wasted

You either love KFC, or you don't. I was in and out with a bucket of chicken in less than 5 minutes. Chicken was hot and delicious like KFC should always be, although we all know that some locations may warrant other experiences. On this day, I can only tell you that everything was perfect, and I will definitely be going back when the KFC urge surfaces again. Nom, Nom! 😋😋

Had to check for enough white meal for small order and didn't have any coleslaw at 5:30 on a week night. So didn't actually order. The person who waited on me didn't seem to care if I ordered or not. Let with nothing.

Awful, horrible, terrible!!! I went through the drive thru to order and the Lady(manager) kept saying huh? As if she couldn’t hear me so I talked louder but kept it nice and ordered. I order original chicken and pulled around to get my order and the same lady passed my food out the window within a few seconds. She hadn’t even ran my card. I asked for a receipt and as she got it I checked my bag. I had 2 pieces of original and 1 crispy. I told the lady and she immediately yelled and argued that all the chicken was original even though you could clearly see that it was 2 different kinds. She never offered to look at the order. I looked at my receipt and thanked her by the name on the receipt and pulled to the front door. I went in and the lady was ranting about how I said her name and better not ever say it again. I asked for a manager and was surprised it was her and gave her the chicken and told her to give my money back that I wouldn’t ever eat food from someone acting like that. Beware!!!
