Awful experience! Went to get a simple order, the drive through woman put it in incorrectly, so I received the wrong order. No problem, I went inside to resolve the issue and get the correct food. The gentleman that brought me the food was nice, and he asked what was wrong. I made him aware, and he went to get it fixed. The rude lady in the back packing up food orders, stated that the wrong order is what I ordered. Which is not correct at all. The gentleman even said, “it is not his fault.” She stated they would have to issue a refund, then I’d have to repay for the order. She went to the back for a moment. She came back up and threw the food on the counter without saying a word. Obviously she was angry at her mistake, even though it was a simple solution. The gentleman up front at the counter apologized and was very polite. He deserves a raise or at least her job. She can’t seem to handle her temper. All in all, I would not come to this KFC.

Customer Service A+++ I used the drive through and I went inside. Chicken was nice and fresh. So happy for my purchase. My mom ordered through the drive thru. I saw her food and decided to order so I went inside. Restaurant was clean inside and everyone was very pleasant. This KFC was the Best I’ve ever Experienced. Thanks for your Excellent Customer Experience. It was my pleasure. I’m from California and this location could teach the West Coast Customer Inter Actions. Yay…. ? ?Goooooo KFC.

Food good but was freezing in the dining room. Staff said heat not working in dining area. No kidding. we about froze. Do better KFC for your guests & employees. It was raining, very cold & nasty out.

Never went to a chicken restaurant 3 times over a month and had the same answer of "we out of that" when trying to order chicken tenders... basic chicken tenders and they are out... But they magically find some every time after I order a crazy large count of chicken. They just don't wanna cook no tenders right before closing. Lazy employees.

I ordered a 2 piece with fries and lemonade and just ate the fries and drank the lemonade. That was probably the worst chicken I've had in my life. Ate a bite or 2 and threw the rest on Hwy 16 East.
