This location is a mess now. I went here today and got watery lemonade after making me pay for a bigger drink because they were out of regular sized cups. The burgers were hard on the edges and the apple turnovers were stale and inedible. I am pissed. I paid $24 for garbage. I will not be back. I see why their drive through is always empty now. Sad 😔

This one brakes my heart ❤️!! I was such a big fan of the White Castle burgers from up north, and of course had to try to get me Krystals.. They are the closest thing to those mmm great slider burgers.. Sadly the taste did not compare. And to pay almost 12 bucks for 4 older w/ cheese and some tater tots, w/ a small drink.. tsk tsk...

I would not recommend crystals in Philadelphia anymore they can't get their order right for number one their burgers are pink in the middle they're nasty they don't know how to treat their customers or their loyalty they don't understand the concept of a customer up front of the house they messed my order up I got home it was five crystals and I ordered 12 Crystal well he pursued to give me five crystals and want to charge me for the other I told him no so for anybody that's after in Philadelphia Mississippi do not go to Crystal anymore they're disgusting
