Service is worse every time. 10 minutes to take my order after asking me to wait (no I'm not leaving that's what they want) 12 minutes to get my food. I don't come to this location (Philadelphia, ms) but every once in awhile and when I do it is around 8pm. Every time it takes way too long and it's obvious they do not want to serve me. However, I make them and the food is delicious. Management needs to care, please. Too good of a location to get shut down for lazy employees.

The website and store signs says open 24 hours on weekends. Visited on a Friday night after midnight and the drive through automation said the store was closed.

This is the second time we visited this location in the past two weeks. After the first time I said I would never go back. My son coming in from college and wanted Krystal. The girl taking the order couldn’t talk without slurring. Had to repeat my order 4 times at speaker and again at window. I ordered my son Krystal and me chik Krystal they were wrong after having to repeat order so many times. I do not order spicy. If she would have paid attention to what she was doing and not worry about what co workers were talking about she may have been able to get order right. There is a name on the receipt but who knows if that is even right. I use to love going to this location. It is awful now would rather drive to Jackson just for better service. Get it together Philadelphia, MS location. My husband said they should fire the ones that hired these people. But at this point owns may not even care either.

This is the LAST time I come to this location. This used to be an okay place to eat in town, I like the fries, but the service here has REALLY gone downhill lately. Incompetent cashiers. Las time I was here they lost my order by the time I went from the order box to the drive thru window…AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LJNE!! this time they couldn’t get 2 orders in 1 correct, manager came by and screeeed things up more…. Just incompetent people running this place. I’m normally forgiving when it comes to fast food, but this was totally unacceptable. I usually don’t do negative reviews, but I had to this one because the service was so bad. The manager or whoever got so offended when I asked where was my drink and he claimed I didn’t order a combo when I clearly ordered 2 different combos in the first place before ruining the entire order. SMH. I’m ready for robots to take over, y’all can do the basic job right.
