Dirty. Rude employees. Multiple times I placed an online order and they always mark it as complete in a timely manner for their stats but then make people wait in the lobby for 30-45 minutes after the pickup window.
Ive tried a few times. But never again. Not this location.

Placed order online and paid online today 30 minutes before I got there.Tracker said it was ready. Went there and waited another 20 minutes. I asked the girl how much longer and she had an attitude and smart remark. Guy at the register had an attitude as well. While there they actually screwed up a couple of orders for people. The young girl pulling pizza from oven and guy running the cash register extremely unprofessional and really don't know if I will ever Go back. This was 6/21/25

Not the cleanest when I went in.. This is my 2nd review. Was hoping it would be better this time. No. Went in at 8:15 and they said the only thing they would serve us was pepperoni pizzas and cheese pizzas.. refused to make us a smiple meat pizza. Refused to make us cheesy bread. Yikes. They are open for almost 2 more hours. :( Really wish they would do better. It is very unfortunate.
