Walked in and tables were dirty, trash everywhere, lots of customers waiting to be served and 4 people behind the counter and in the kitchen. They were moving at a snales pace and not even acknowledging those waiting. I left. This place was dirty!!!

I had the McAlister club and my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. They were good but many times in the past the kids pizzas have been cold or barely warm. Having said all of the above, the food is still good. I would have given it 5 stars but the food can be improved on.

I've gone to mcalister's for several years, and everytime i go it's always delicious. First off the staff is always so nice, and always willing to help me decide on there many delicious choices. The food is amazing and very fresh. I don't know if i can recommend a salad or a sandwich more. If i had to pick one thing to complain about is they are a bit pricy but it's worth every penny. Plus the portion sides are huge

Just picked up my New Yorker sandwich and very disappointed this time. I know times are tough but cutting half of the meat on this sandwich is insane. If I was dining in, I would given this back for how much it cost.

I am a long time lover of McAlister’s but this was first time visiting this location. I was in town visiting my aunt who lives about 10 mins away. I placed an order online and it was ready when I arrived. My order was accurate and food was delicious! I always get the mcalister’s club with potato salad and a sweet tea. I will be back to visit next time I’m back in the South!
I LOVE their kids cups for my little one and niece! ... The people here kept up with the after-church rush like champions in Sunday! I never have any trouble here. The toasties are great for my 1.5-year-old, there's a fantastic variety of spuds and sandwiches (they're good!), and they've never gotten my order wrong, even though I always ask for no ham on the Italian :)

Ordered online . Man at pickup window not friendly at all. I Thinking maybe he'd had a long day at work as well.Arrived home, sat down to eat . My French sandwich had nothing but meat. Was not as described . Definitely not worth 48.00 .
