Service is absolutely horrible at a place that is built on good customer service. Want a pickle in your order? Too bad. Want a sugar cookie that you PAID for in your to go order? Not happening. Want your food to be warm? Maybe. Maybe not. I wish I could trust that the employees could at least ensure that the items I paid for are in the bag, but I guess that's not happening. Terrible. Do better.

Ordered the potato soup. It didn't seem cooked long enough. The potatoes were harder than they should have been. Food came out fast though.

my sister and I decided to be food critics today. we decided to dine in here at McAlisters because the food and service was always great. our timing after lunch hour couldn't be better. We arrived around 1:40pm and there was about a two minute wait to order. I order the Buffalo chicken sandwich with the Fire Roasted soup and it delicious! My sister ordered the broccoli soup and Caesar Salad which was delicious as well. The atmosphere was great, not a lot of people. upon seating our food arrived about 2-4 minutes overall, I give this restaurant a 5*****

We go here often. It helps that they are open late. I like the veggie spud but the amount of cheese topping is a bit much but there are several things that are also good. My wife usually has the BLT-A. It's also worth a try. I'll be back.
