I was not impressed. Lobby extremely small, barely enough room for maybe 8 people to come in. Not enough tables for dine in. The wait for food was longer than expected, about 15 minutes. It was during lunch rush hour. I ordered strawberry shake, but was given strawberry banana smoothie. They did exchange it. Appear they need to be more organized. Not very clean. Some Workers looked untidy, like they came from bed to work. Workers caution jackets all looked dirty. Some men were cleaning the closed play area. The man mopping went and got fresh water, but didn't clean the mop. When he came by me with the mop in the bucket, the water was already dirty. He proceeded to mop with dirty water in the play area. I was disappointed.

I pulled up to the speaker and the girl kept saying “ ma’am” I had already corrected her by saying “I’m a sir, and just a large order of fries.” (Mind you I’m a guy, like from birth and everything). Then when I paid and began to drive away, I heard her laughing and say “he sounds like a woman”. Manager was really sweet. So was the other girl at the second window.

Very rude, did not want to take our orders and acted like they were too good to do anything. 3 people at the register and all 3 refused to take orders.

Ozark Mountain Love
I did not go inside, but the service through the drive-thru was fabulous! The food was hot and tasty. There were plenty of napkins and we were greeted with a smile, even asked if we needed anything else. Very polite and friendly. Would return here again.

I really shouldn't have rated the food because I never received it. The employees that were in the store were nice enough, however a handful of them were in the adjacent parking lot sitting in their cars conversating. I ordered online to hurry the process as I was on my way to work. After being pulled up for a ridiculous amount of time, I asked for a refund because I didn't want to be late for work. I was informed that I would have to contact the app because I ordered online. Thanks guys.
