Food is good but getting it was terrible I went thru the drive thru and they told my go to to paking 2 so I did, shecame with one order that wasn't ours so she looked confused and said we'll this what they gave me so I had to wait for my order still didn't get my drinks so when I asked for the drink when I finally got my order she(different employee)said I'm not supposed to be out I'm at the front I have to watch the register and went back in...so I went in and got my sons apple juices that was supposed to come with his happy meal..then she asked what our drink were and made me fill them up myself....like mama if I wanted to come in and do I mayself I would have parked from the get go.

Went to McDonald's in Philadelphia, Ms with my children yesterday and ordered on the app. We parked at curbside, got our food, and came home. The patty was raw 🤢🤮. This isn't the first time this has happened lately either. Also, my dr pepper looked clearer than sweet tea.

I was not impressed. Lobby extremely small, barely enough room for maybe 8 people to come in. Not enough tables for dine in. The wait for food was longer than expected, about 15 minutes. It was during lunch rush hour. I ordered strawberry shake, but was given strawberry banana smoothie. They did exchange it. Appear they need to be more organized. Not very clean. Some Workers looked untidy, like they came from bed to work. Workers caution jackets all looked dirty. Some men were cleaning the closed play area. The man mopping went and got fresh water, but didn't clean the mop. When he came by me with the mop in the bucket, the water was already dirty. He proceeded to mop with dirty water in the play area. I was disappointed.

I pulled up to the speaker and the girl kept saying “ ma’am” I had already corrected her by saying “I’m a sir, and just a large order of fries.” (Mind you I’m a guy, like from birth and everything). Then when I paid and began to drive away, I heard her laughing and say “he sounds like a woman”. Manager was really sweet. So was the other girl at the second window.
